Essentials Provided by Sweetgrass Properties

Our vacation rentals on the Charleston Coast are equipped with the basic necessities to start your beach vacation:

  • Linens & Towels: One set of bed linens per bedroom, plus bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths per bathroom.
  • Starter Kit: Includes a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, one trash bag liner, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bar soap, a small shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, and a small coffee pack.

Please Note: These items are intended as a starter supply to help get you through your first day. You may need additional items for longer stays in our coastal vacation rentals.
