The second bedroom boasts two twin beds and shares semi-private access with the hallway bathroom.  There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room for sleeping additional guests.

The views from the master bedroom are amazing. Can lie in bed and watch the sunrise or wake up to a moonlit room. (Also had lovely shades if that is not your thing!) kitchen very well equipped. New washer and dryer. Very short stroll to beach. Five minute drive to tennis center and The Sanctuary. Good AC. Ice maker was a little wonky one day and management company was on it very quickly. Only downside was the furniture in main room while comfortable- needs to be cleaned it has some stains and is tired looking. The porch has a hammock for one that is lovely for an afternoon nap or reading a book. We would definitely rent again.
