    This was the first time going through Sweetgrass and we couldn’t be happier! Kiawah has been a destination multiple times over almost three decades. The Sweetgrass staff were engaging, responsive, and professional! Highly recommend them!

    Wonderful condo just a short walk from the beach. Renting bikes last minute was super easy and the best way to explore the island. Since this was a weekend trip, we didn’t pack all of the things we normally do, but the mgmt co. had supplied everything we needed. Thank u! Only tip for future renters….no elevator to tote luggage up to the third floor, and the stairs were steep. Pack light!

    We really enjoyed our stay in Kiawah these past two weeks. The villa was perfect for us except for the three flights of steps! We're both in our eighties and the next time we will make sure we have a ground floor. Other than that it was a great villa and location. Thanks!

    This unit is well decorated and spacious for a one bedroom. There were three of us and we had plenty of room for everyone . It’s also just a stones throw from the beach . I would definitely return.

    Let me start off by saying, this condo is lovely. It’s super close to the beach and the inside renovations were cozy and very pretty. It was overall very clean and the bed was super comfy with clean sheets. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again.

    We loved staying here! It was beautifully and comfortably decorated. It was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. We especially loved having two bathroom sinks as it made it easy for us to get ready in the mornings. We needed an extra blanket, so our only suggestion would be to provide an extra blanket in the closet.

    Nicely decorated condo close to beach! This was our 7th stay on Kiawah Island and our favorite place to stay to date. Very spacious and comfortable one bedroom. Nice bathroom setup convenient for two people. Has regular coffee pot and Keurig. Nice deck . Only compliant would be needs more coffee mugs, regular spoons and cookie sheet. Otherwise fabulous and we will be back!!!

    Great 1 BR condo with nice living room furnishings and VERY comfortable King size bed and linens. Bath layout interesting with two separate areas with separate doors for privacy. Deck of this 3rd floor unit is "in the trees" though not viewing the ocean which is behind the adjacent buildings. Management made good on our broken dryer. Loved our time in the central location on Kiawah. Would love to return.

    We had a wonderful time at 4403 Windswept! We loved the place from the moment we walked in. The decor is beautiful and comfortable and we loved sitting out on the porch, enjoying the view with our morning coffee. We were very happy with the location of this villa, the beach is just steps away and it’s centrally located in Kiawah. We walked to the Sanctuary to rent bikes and walked to the newly updated Nest Market in Night Heron Park for a bite to eat and a souvenir. We highly recommend this place!
