Welcome to 4855 Turtle Cove!  New to our rental program, this 1st floor Kiawah Island villa, nestled in a palm tree grove is surrounded by nature and bike trails. It is an ideal location for those looking to take advantage of island amenities like world class golf, tennis, nature trails, and, of course, the beach!  Being centrally located within the Resort and one of the closest Turtle Cove Villas to the ocean, this property offers the perfect beach retreat for vacationers and families.  Additionally, it's within walking distance to the Sanctuary Hotel and Night Heron Park as well as only a short drive or bike ride to some outstanding restaurants and other amenities that the this idyllic island has to offer.
 

Upon entering the villa, you'll notice the recent upgrades and inviting neutral colors.  The living room has simple modern furnishings and is a comfortable place to unwind after a long beach day. Located just off of the living room through the sliding doors, the screened in porch is an idyllic spot to spend time, relaxing with a book, enjoying your morning coffee, or even dining outdoors with friends.

The modern kitchen features granite countertops and updated appliances.  Just off the kitchen is a dining area, which allows for comfortable seating for six.

The master bedroom (Bedroom #1) offers a king bed, flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) contains one queen bed and one twin bed, and a private bathroom.  And the last bedroom (Bedroom #3) also has a queen bed with a bunk bed that has a twin bed over a full  bed as well as a private bathroom. All of the bathrooms have been recently updated.

    This was a great place to stay for our family. It was wonderful for each bedroom to have its own bathroom and the screened in back porch was an added bonus.

    We loved TC4855! It really had everything that we needed and we appreciated how close it was to the beach. The dishwasher, washer & dryer are all very loud and the dryer sounds like its bearing might be going out. It would be helpful if there were maps available so we could better plan our daily bike rides. Other than that, we definitely will be back! One of our daughters got engaged on the beach and it will forevermore be a very special place for us. Thanks! Kim Allen

    We enjoyed our home away from home for two weeks. House was very nice and well equipped. Being able to have our fur baby was the best. The walk to the beach was not bad and mostly shady. The only downfall was the TV. It was PGA Championship weekend and we could not get CBS. All other channels were on the Apple TV.

    Unit was clean inside, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed. It is just a 5 min walk to the beach, as advertised. I would return again.

    We enjoyed our stay , but had a very hard time with Apple TV. We sold our house last November in the island so it was nice to rent!! We would rent this condo again.

    The rental property was as depicted. It had cooking necessities which we like and plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. The TVs were a little complicated. We were unable to find local tv channels.

    Home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Walk to beach is about 10-15 minutes, and easy to get to. All kitchen amenities were included and in great condition. The shaded & screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which is so nice. Only complaints would be bedroom ceiling fans were quite wobbly & only good on low setting. We had a wonderful time!

    We had a great time staying at this condo. It was spacious and well stocked. A short walk to the beach. Easy check in and check out. This is a dog friendly unit and future renters should be aware that a significant amount of black dog hair appeared during the coarse of our stay (? via air units). This may be able to be addressed with new air filters/ cleaning ducts etc. Otherwise, no complaints.

    The unit was very clean, had nice beds and showers and is in a convenient spot to the beach, and the Sanctuary. Checking in and out was easy and Sweetgrass was very responsive with the one question we had.
