The property has been upgraded to feature all the things you might looking for in a vacation rental:  a modern kitchen, a cozy living room with sectional sofa, large dining table, renovated bathrooms, and loads of outdoor spaces for your enjoyment.  The expansive screened porch is a true gem, featuring an outdoor dining table and cozy conversational seating, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or unwinding with a book. 

This dog-friendly property ensures that your furry friends can join in on the fun. For added convenience, we offer a 6-seater LSV golf cart for rent, making it easy to explore the island in style.  For those who love games and activities, the rental includes a ping pong table, foosball, and cornhole. The owner also provides a few bikes and beach chairs for your use, making it easy to explore the scenic surroundings or relax by the shore.

All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

*Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

My wife and I decided to take a spur of the moment trip to Seabrook Island. We booked this cottage, and I’m sure glad we did. This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The owner is to be commended for the attention to details in regards to the home’s amenities. The kitchen was outfitted with ever thing needed. The owner even provides high quality beach chairs, cooler, and buggy. The master bedroom is extremely comfortable, and the master bath shower is excellent. We will definitely be returning to this unit again in the future.

Our stay at this Summerwind Cottage was absolutely incredible! The house itself was not only spacious, but beautifully and professionally decorated in a calming palette of blues and whites. My mother-in-law loved it so much, she even asked for the wall paint color (Marilyn's Dress, for anyone curious!) to bring a bit of the beach house charm back home with her. The kitchen was a highlight, especially the gorgeous island, and the furniture throughout the house was perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The house offered plenty of living spaces, including a huge screened-in porch with another dining area and comfy seating. The downstairs game area was a hit, with a ping pong table, foosball, and cornhole. We never ran out of things to do! The owners truly thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We loved cruising around in the new six-seater golf cart with its Bluetooth sound system. The house was also well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed, including a coffee maker that brews by the pot or individual cup, a frother, a Ninja blender, and a Ninja air fryer! Not only that, but the owners also stocked the house with all the beach gear we needed, including bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler. We were also really impressed with the convenient placement of outlets, USB ports, and fan/lighting controls, as well as the thoughtful extras like charging cables, batteries, and a drink stand for the couch. They truly thought of everything. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We can't wait to return!
