This gorgeous four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is on one of our most popular streets, Ocean Green and Silver Moss. Sitting right on the cul-de-sac and peninsula of Silver Moss, this home has magnificent views of wildlife and the Turtle Point golf course. The house is just a minute's walk to the beach and the neighborhood pool. The footbridge across the lagoon takes you straight to Atlantic Beach Court to cut through to the beach.

The home has a bright, open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, and dining table. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a homemade meal. The living room offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The expansive screened-in porch overlooks the 18th hole of the Turtle Point golf course. This space is an  additional room inviting outdoor dining, socializing, and a nap on the Charleston porch swing. You will love watching the golfers and the wildlife passing through. The
first floor has a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and private bathroom.

Taking the stairs to the second floor, you are greeted with an additional family room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-air sun deck. To the right, there is a king bedroom with a private bathroom. This room has access to the balcony. To the left, across the family room, are the other two rooms. The king bedroom has balcony access, and it shares a bathroom with the two twin bedroom. The family room includes a TV and a pull-out sofa for two additional guests.

This house comes with an abundance of beach chairs and toys.

We loved our stay at 7 Silver Moss !It is a beautiful home which is convenient to both the beach and pool. The kitchen is well stocked and the King size beds were very comfortable ! We also really enjoyed the screened in porch that overlooked the golf course . This home is perfect for a family vacation in Kiawah!!

Beautiful house. My son, DIL, & 2 young grandchildren had the 2 BR w/ the shared bath. I had the upstairs master. We enjoyed the separate family room and deck. Well equipped kitchen. Screened in porch was lovely especially the swing. Very convenient to beach. We would recommend highly and will rent from you again.

Another great week in Kiawah and this house was the perfect place for our large group. We loved the first-floor master for the quiet and privacy while our kids and their friends enjoyed the upstairs family room and sun deck. I especially liked the screened porch for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. Our kids made good use of the surf boards and the neighborhood pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely rent here again. Thanks!

Absolutely beautiful home. Great space for family of 6. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen and living areas were beautifully decorated. Everything you could need. The best part was the screened back porch overlooking the 18 hole. We loved watching the golfers and relaxing in the furniture and swing! The house is also a short walk to the beach and pool. Couldn’t have found a better house. We will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful home with ample space for our party of 9! The bedrooms and upstairs family room was the perfect place for our young adult children and their friends to hang out. We loved the screened porch with the views of the golf course and comfy porch swing. We enjoyed several meals cooked in and brand new grill and the very well-equipped kitchen made it super easy. We have rented homes all over Kiawah and this was the best kitchen we have ever had just based on pots/pans, quality of knives, and Keurig coffee maker alone! It had everything we needed. We loved the location of this house - the short walk to the beach and the community pool were both much appreciated by our gang. The use of beach chairs at the house was a nice bonus for our large group.

We loved our stay at 7 Silver Moss this summer. It's the perfect Kiawah location! We enjoyed riding our bikes the short distance to the beach and getting to view the beautiful landscape and wildlife along the way. The kids enjoyed having access to a community pool, which we found ourselves using daily after a few hours in the sun and sand. It was so nice to have our morning coffee on the porch and get to see the golfers play by. You can tell that the owners take pride in their home and we can't wait to hopefully come back next year!

This home is very comfortable with attractive furnishings and a well appointed kitchen. If you frequent the beach, it’s a surprisingly short walk. We enjoyed the screened porch with great furniture and bed swing and nice views of Turtle Point golf course. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The very first thing we want to say is, THANK YOU for finding us another property that we could bring our dog to after the property we rented had a water leak and was unable to accommodate us. We were very impressed with how you were able to save our Thanksgiving trip. We really enjoyed 7 Silver Moss. There was plenty of room in the house. The living room furniture was beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved that there were plenty of tvs and cable provided so we could watch the football games. The porch swing was lovely and the dining table on the back porch was nice to have as well. The location to the beach was another plus. The only thing we would suggest is to upgrade the pillows for the beds. We look forward to booking with you again next year!

Easy booking and communication throughout was great. The house had a great location and while it can use some updates, it worked perfect for our family. When we had an issue with the AC, the team responded and sent a repair person quickly. The only feedback on the house amenities, they definitely need a large lobster pot.

Very comfortable 4 bedroom home in scenic spot on Turtle Point 18th fairway. Kitchen is very well equipped. A spice rack would be a great addition for guests cooking their own meals. Sweetgrass was very responsive to minor maintenance request.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to 7 Silver Moss. We have stayed On Silver Moss on prior visits and love the neighborhood. The house was very clean and fresh. The kitchen was stocked well for us to prepare a couple of our meals in. From the access directions to the departure directions, everything was clear and easy to follow. Thank you for a great house and a wonderful stay.

This is the second time we stayed at this home. It is a nice home at a great location. However, it would be nice if they put a better mattress in the first floor master bedroom. The bed is very hard and it makes it difficult to sleep. Other than the bed issue the place is great.

We rented both 4 and 7 Silver Moss for our family vacation...everything was great, from the simple check in, the cleanliness of the homes, the professionalism of the Sweetgrass staff the few times we had questions to the exiting process...we look forward to future stays in Kiawah, and will certainly call for our next vacation...

Our extended family enjoyed our week at 7 Silver Moss. The house is in a great location very close to the beach. It is also close to the community pool which was nice to use late in the day. The house was very clean and functional. Between the porch, the two tv areas, and large bedrooms everyone had some space if they needed it - especially for the occasional work call =( Sweetgrass Properties was very responsive to every question. I would rent this house again as well as work with Sweetgrass.

Great location for easy access to the beach with r for bike riding with kids around the golf course. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. very easy arrival process, no need to check in anywhere, just went straight to the house. no complaints here.

We enjoyed our stay at 7 Silver Moss. We called twice to have repairs made and they were attended to immediately. The kitchen is super well stocked! Our only wish was that there was a KING bed in the master bedroom downstairs. Thanks for a great week!

We spent a week at this house and it was perfect. Kids had the upstairs loft which workd perfectly for them. There is plenty of space and the kitchen has a great flow. The only down fall was we felt the freezer was a bit small. (To much food i guess) Also the main glass slider door was very hard to close. We would for sure stay again in this house. Beach is about a 3 min bike ride or a 6 min walk. No one had any problems making the trip.

We loved almost everything about our stay at Kiawah Island 7 Silver Moss. The highlights were the screened in porch with the wide swing, we used the porch several times each day including Pilates and Barre classes, zoom meetings, picnics, watching the rain, dozing, story time and bottle time. We never ran out of new ways to enjoy our porch. The house was great as was the proximity to the beach and the condos where our other family members stayed. We found everyone we encountered to be friendly and helpful, it’s a lovely community. The shops are a bit far from the house and having a little market closer would have increased the convenience, but we did enjoy the nearby Freshfields, we thought it could be 5 x times bigger! . Everything else was wonderful. Thank you very much.
