This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is perfectly located at the end of the cul-de-sac in the popular Ocean Green/Silver Moss area of Vanderhorst Plantation. With a community pool just down the street and the beach a quick walk away, this is the perfect home for family gatherings.

Welcoming you to the home is a large front porch with lounge chairs. Inside, the bright and open floor plan incudes a dining table seating six, comfortable living room, and modern kitchen with high-end appliances. This space opens onto a huge screened-in porch with multiple sitting areas, golf course and lagoon views, plus a gas grill.  There are three guest rooms on the first level. A queen suite with a private bath that looks onto the front porch, a bedroom with two twin beds overlooking the back porch, and a queen guest room (with twin bunk over top) that share a full bath. Also located on the first level is the washer and dryer.

Upstairs are the two king suites, both containing a king size bed, sitting areas, and a private bathroom.  One of the suites features access to the upper balcony with golf course views.

Wonderful vacation on Kiawah Island!!

It was our 22nd year vacationing with family and our 1st time at Kiawah Island! We are all from Virginia and the drive to South Carolina was worth the time! 5 Silver Moss Circle was the perfect house for our family, three adult rooms with private baths and two kids rooms with shared bath. Our kids are grown up kids and in college. We rented two cargo carts from Alligator Rentals which we used both everyday to get our stuff to the beach. It was a short and fun bike ride. We loved beach access 27 especially for the foot wash station. Sunsets were amazing! The ocean water was devine! And we loved the endless bike trails around Kiawah and ride on average 6 miles a day. Golf was a big hit of course! And we spent late afternoons in the community pool near by. It is a prefect location and a quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly too! Would love to return to Kiawah Island again next year.

Very spacious for family of 10. Glad the tall bar/table was in the kitchen area as we needed it for storage and prep space. TV hookup is difficult to figure out. Would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful home and perfectly located. Close to beach and bike trails. Area around the home is peaceful and well maintained. View of the golf course and animal life is spectacular. Bedrooms are spacious but have no dressers to put clothes away. Bathrooms need an update but function well. The three porches are lovely however they are lacking furniture which limits their use. With no table on the main back porch you cannot play games or enjoy a meal. Front porch had only 2 reclined chairs made of some sort of uncomfortable material. We love Kiawah and are thankful to visit

My husband, daughter and I just spent two lovely weeks in this house. With 5 bedrooms, it was more house than we needed but it allowed us to bring our two Samoyed dogs. The house, is on the Turtle golf course and offers obstructed views of the 18th hole. Its setting is shaded by the wooded area in which it stands and is a quick walk to the beach which is awesome and open to off leach dogs during the off season. The house was cozy and clean, well appointed and had plenty of room for a big family. It was the perfect location for the golfer in ours. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back in a future outing.

This beautiful and charming home was the perfect place for my husband and I to call "home' for a few weeks. It's tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, but all the fun activities Kiawah has to offer were just minutes away. The house itself is in excellent condition and can accommodate so many guests. The spacious screened porch overlooking the golf course features a comfortable seating area and a large outdoor dining space. The 5 bedrooms are nicely decorated with quality mattresses which you don't often find in a rental. Also, TV's in the bedrooms were a nice touch. And, Last but not least....a less than 5 minute walk from your front door puts you on the spectacular Kiawah Island beach!! Sweetgrass was a pleasure to work with - i set up mid-stay cleaning and they were very helpful.
