The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Our family of 5 had a great vacation at Seabrook Island. This house is so nice (we loved the 2 porches) and in the perfect location, less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. We look forward to our next trip to Seabrook Island.

We just completed our two week stay on Seabrook. This is our 3rd year visiting the island and it was excellent again. The home is well-appointed. Between the indoor and outdoor spaces, it was perfect for us. It was just my husband and myself most of the time, but we had friends visit for a few days and it was perfect. An easy walk to the beach, beach club and main clubhouse. I especially liked how light and bright the home is. The screen porch off the front of the house was a delightful spot for early morning tea & reading. The screen porch off the back of the house has amazing golf course views too. The team at Sweetgrass was always reachable and attentive to anything we needed. They were great to deal with and using the app was easy and helped to answer a lot of questions! If we don’t buy our own Seabrook Island home before next Spring, we will definitely be back to a Sweetgrass property!
