The Seagrove Villas is a wonderful community of well-maintained condos surrounded by lush greenery, neighborhood pool, and just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Within the Resort, it’s all about location and this unit is ideally situated within walking distance of the popular Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, and many Wild Dunes shops and restaurants.

Enter the villa and immediately appreciate the modern design with an open floorplan and spacious rooms. The living room is tastefully decorated with simple, elegant furnishings and neutral accents that complement the natural light from the porch windows. It is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book or gathering around to enjoy the flat-screen TV. Located just off of the living room through the sliding doors, the open-air balcony allows the guest to take in the beautiful sights and sounds of the nearby ocean. The dining area, with comfortable seating for five guests, is only steps away from the fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal.

Also located on the first floor (or main level) is the guest bedroom (Bedroom #2), which contains two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Up the stairs on the second floor of the unit, you’ll find the master bedroom (Bedroom #1), which features a king bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and incredible ocean views.

Overall

Bathroom sink does not drain properly. Everything else was great location was amazing great views of ocean and quick walk to beach loved are stay.

The condo was very nice and very enjoyable overall. Two things that need attention- 1. the first floor shower is clogged and very slow to drain 2. the first floor toilet is slow and clogs easily One recommendation- an umbrella for the deck

Amazing time had by all! Condo was perfect had everything you could ask for! The deck off the living overlooking the ocean and pool was amazing and the beach was a one min walk away! Can’t wait to return.

Very nice unit in a private location of development. Both ocean views and wooded views. Everything needed for a nice and relaxing vacation. The furnishings in the master bedroom are a bit dated and the bathrooms could use a refresh but otherwise, very clean and homey.

Overall, our stay at Seagrove was wonderful. The view of pool and beach was fantastic. Coffee and afternoon cocktails on the deck were very enjoyable. A few suggestions that would have made our stay better, a few throw blankets for the living room, a bit more attention to the dusting upstairs and salt & pepper shakers would have been the bomb! Would we come back to 8C, yes indeed!!

Overall

I loved Seagrove. The only draw back was the stairs, which is 3 floors. However, we loved everything else about our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was great.

Cute little condo with beach views. Enjoyed breakfast, coffee & nighttime drinks on the balcony, Clean and well stocked with everyday household needs. We ate dinner out every night so we did not use the kitchen other that breakfast, drinks & snacks. Perfect for my husband and I and our mother.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit with a family of five. It was perfect. Views from the windows are great. Furniture and lay out is "just right!" Wonderful location to the beach and to Wild Dunes resort. We enjoyed walks and bike rides on the beach as well as walks around the Wild Dunes resort.

The condo was very clean and just as described in the listing. The photos were accurate and the description was spot on. The location was ideal for beach access and we were very appreciative of the dedicated parking spot. The views from the deck and master bedroom left little to be desired and we LOVED waking to the sounds of the ocean. The island was charming and the local eateries were fun and welcoming. We had a great stay at this condo and if ever we come back to Isle of Palms - we would certainly book it again.
