Description

The Seagrove community of well maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. In addition to location, this amazing villa was completely renovated in the Spring of 2015. From the brand new kitchen to the new furnishings, everything speaks luxury.

Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the new modern kitchen which includes custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and upscale stainless steel appliances. The large work area and bar provides seating with four bar stools. An open floor plan offers ocean views from the kitchen to the balcony.  With beautiful new hardwood floors, this space is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, dining table seating four, and a large mounted television.  The king size bedroom also includes a flat screen tv.  Luxury continues into the new bathroom with a custom tiled shower and new vanity.  For convenience, the villa includes a powder room and a washer and dryer.

We had an amazing vacation at Seagrove 8A! The unit is clean, beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked well with everything we needed and the big, gorgeous space is perfect for relaxing. The view from the deck is amazing! We will definitely be back! We loved every minute of it.

We loved staying at Wild Dunes! This Sea grove Villa was newly renovated and very clean. It was a good fit for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our kids slept on the pull out sofa. We really enjoyed staying there. Highly recommend!

We’ve been coming to Wild Dunes for years, but this was our first stay at SeaGrove 8A. We loved it! The unit is roomy and tastefully decorated. It’s just steps away from the pool and has great beach access. We will definitely be back!

Another great stay in Seagrove 8A. Our third vacation here, and we always love it. A few slight pointers for future upkeep: Unit does have a slight mildew odor at this point in time, but running ceiling fan and a light spray of febreze helps. We missed the wicker dining chairs, bar stools and white glass-topped table that have been replaced with dark, heavy pieces that detract from airy beach feel. Wish the shower had a bench for shaving. But still a fantastic unit at Wild Dunes.

Very nicely furnished and maintained. Excellent location. Seamless check in and check out processes. Beautiful beach. Only negative comment I have is that footsteps and moving of objects upstairs were sometimes louder than one would want, but not so much that it would prevent me from staying there again.

We had a perfect stay as a family of 3. The condo was very spacious and clean and the location could not have been better. It’s within a 6 minute walk to the heart of wild dunes shopping and dining and having the beach practically outside the back door was awesome. I would highly recommend this condo!

My husband and I just spent a week at 8A. Upon arrival, we were pleased that the villa was bigger than pictures made it seem and the ocean and pool were closer than depicted. Very pleased with the view and proximity to the beach and the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the villa as the floors were pretty dirty and there were small bugs and mosquitoes throughout the villa throughout the week. The second bathroom was convenient. The proximity to grand pavilion was also convenient and truly walking distance.

Second stay at 8A Seagrove. Beautiful unit, relaxing beach. Mount Pleasant and Sullivan's Island provide good restaurants, and just a short drive to Charleston. Looking forward to returning.

Perfect getaway for a couple with out the kids! Recently renovated. Well decorated and comfy. Great location for beach, golf, pool, and downtown Charleston. Mark Clark Expressway connects to the Isle of Palms connector making access from I-26 a breeze.

The management staff is very efficient, helpful, and friendly. The condo was super clean, organized and well appointed. It truly is a beautiful place, it has a real warm, home like feel. The starter kit of handy items was very generous, the coffee was delicious. We would love to know where purchase to take home. Wild Dunes is a beautiful area as well as Isle of Palms. Seagrove Villa complex is gorgeous, our view was spectacular. We will definitely be back and will absolutely rent a property managed by Sweetgrass properties. We took a walking tour in Charleston from JWalk tours, our guide was amazing!

This condo was perfect for our beach getaway. It has been tastefully updated, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is larger than most other condos in the area and was well stocked. The king bed was very comfortable. It was convenient to have 1.5 baths too. We started each morning with coffee on the balcony while enjoying the ocean view. We can’t wait to return!

Every thing was good and furnishings in great condition. We were surprised and disappointed by the condition (coloration) of the pillows on the master bed. As this was our first experience in renting I guess we will take our own pillows from home in the future.

My wife and I had a great stay at Seagrove 8A! The view of the beach and the ocean from the porch were fantastic. The location is great - close to the Grand Pavilion. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very responsive to our calls and requests. We had a great stay and definitely plan to stay here again.

We loved our vacation in this one bedroom place. It had 1 and 1/2 baths which made it easy to have out son with us. He slept on pull out couch so it was perfect. Large one bedroom with ocean views and pool. Everything was beautiful! Thanks for the hospitality. We will book again through Sweetgrass Properties.

The rental was very nice and met just about all of our expectations, however, we unfortunately had lousy weather. Not rentals fault. Young kids running above were sometimes an issue, but again not rentals fault.  All in all, furnishings and location of rental to beach and pool was great.

The team at Sweetgrass was awesome to work with! Our trip was initially booked in September during Hurricane Florence weather event. We were informed about the situation each step of the way. Due to the evacuation order we had to reschedule and the team was wonderful in making sure we got the same property rental for our new timeframe w/o incurring additional fees. My husband and I were extremely happy with our experience. Our stay was great! The instructions were perfect to find the unit and the villa was clean and beautiful. We initially were going to stay in a hotel and are very pleased that we decided to rent a place instead. The weather was not conducive to use the amenities but we had a gorgeous view of the ocean from our balcony.

This is our third year renting 8A Seagrove. It is beautifully decorated; it has a coastal decor without being overwhelming. (I love all the art work.) We love the openness of the living area, the well-equipped kitchen, the very, comfortable king size bed, the 1 and 1/2 baths and especially the wonderful ocean views. The covered deck is also a plus and the complex, itself, is very quiet. We will be back again, next year. I have been using Sweetgrass Properties for three years now. They are always very professional, helpful and always a pleasure to work with. This year, they responded to a problem in the condo within 15 minutes. I was shocked at the speed of the response and very happy that the problem was resolved.
