The large work area and bar provides seating with four new bar stools.The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cookware and serving pieces needed for a delicious meal for the whole family.

The condo/villa was very nice upon arrival. We had two car passes waiting for us but needed to receive ones at the gate to enter. Everything being through the Dack app was not as convenient since we booked through air bnb. For example, the wifi was not found anywhere in the villa nor the arrival emails but on the dack app. Even after reaching out to the host for the wifi they referred me to the email which it was not there. We did have some issues with the dishwasher but Ryan (i think that was his name) was very helpful. Overall, our stay was perfect for what we needed it for but definitely had some small bumps in the road.

This is a nice, condo in a convenient location. It is close to the beach but has no beach view. We knew this going in. We were there for the tennis tournament, not to play in a very chilly April ocean. It is well equipped. Our only real complaint was that the TV set up was far from ideal. Standard cable was available but only through a tortured manipulation of remotes. At least some streaming capabilities appeared to be available but, somehow, were limited to children's programs. No TV instructions were provided. This needs to be remedied. Nobody comes to the beach to watch tv but that doesn't mean that watching occasionally should be a hassle.

This property is great for a family and grandparents. We loved the bunk beds and the amount of space we had. We wished there were more cooking pots and pans in better shape and the upstairs bathroom needs some work, but overall it was clean and a great stay!

Loved this property. Very clean. Appears to be recently remodeled. Four-minute walk to the beach. Tennis courts are also a short walk from the property. The upstairs room was the perfect setup for our three kids. Mattresses and bedding were comfortable; all of us slept very well. We went to the beach every day, sometimes more so we showered quite a bit. Nice to have so many quality bath towels available. Wifi was weak or briefly out at times, but not a big deal as we were mainly out and about.

The home was beautiful and clean when we arrived. The layout is great for a family and grandparents. Turning the closet into bunks was an awesome idea and yet the room upstairs is still more spacious than a hotel room. The kitchen was stocked well to cook, but my only complaint was that the oven did not work properly. When you set the temperature, it didn't get anywhere close to what you set it to. A major benefit to staying at a condo is having a kitchen, so a working oven is vital for making dinner for 6 people. The cooktop, fridge, and the rest of the appliances worked fine. Nice showers and very comfortable beds. Loved the beach access and how easy it was to get to downtown Charleston. I would definitely return to this condo.<br /><br />

We enjoyed our stay at Seagrove. Very comfortable living space and we loved the location (close to the Boardwalk property which came in handy for a couple meals and close to the beach). We slept well thanks to the very comfy beds. Two things I suggest be fixed: 1. The dryer didn’t dry …. Probably a simple fix like a fuse and 2. The shower leaked water out the bottom of the shower door frame. There was a lot of water on the floor which might eventually cause some leaking to the unit downstairs. We put towels down to absorb the water…but we couldn’t dry them cause the dryer didn’t work. I think the shower just needs some caulk along the bottom of the shower door. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at 7C Seagrove villa. Even though it says 2 bedroom, it was more like 3 bedrooms because of the bunk beds in the upstairs room. That was perfect for our 3 year old so she could be close to us at night. The villa was clean and nicely decorated. Seagrove complex was perfectly located near the Wild Dunes hotels for quick access to the spa and restaurant (literally a 5 minute walk). The pool was great and quick access to the beach was perfect. We had a great time and would recommend this unit.

Great condo, nicely decorated, kitchen is well stocked, and very comfortable for two couples. Close to the pool and short walk to the beach. Quiet and relaxing. Provided feedback to the property manager regarding some bees nest that were near the balcony and to change out a shower liner. No complaints otherwise and those did not bother us enough to get them addressed during our visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay! Walkability to beach was awesome! Kitchen was one of the better stocked kitchens I have seen in a rental. Place was clean and comfortable . I wish the checkout time was 11 am. 10 am was pretty early. The rental company was knocking on door at 9:45 to vacate and start cleaning which for the cost of the stay is pretty annoying.

The condo at 7c Seagrove Villa is in great shape. It has comfortable and clean furnishings. The wifi works very well and there are t.v.'s in each room. The location is just a short walk through the parking lot to the beach and just past the hotel in Wild Dunes. It is up 2 flights of stairs, but this makes it very quiet. We enjoyed a nice stay.

The condo's recent updates were perfect and made our stay at the condo feel very comfortable and homey. The location was perfect in regard to the distance to the beach, the very short walk to Wild Dune's Boardwalk Inn, and both golf courses. This condo fit our group perfectly. The only feedback I would have is that we were a bit disappointed that the condo was only stocked with 1-2 days of supplies. We ran out of toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, etc by the 2nd day. I feel that if we paid for 7 days, the condo should be supplied with 7 days of essential supplies. For those who may arrive without a vehicle may find it difficult to obtain supplies. Aside from that, we LOVED it!

We accommodation at 7C was just right for our family of three. Good location with proximity to the Sweetgrass pool and the beach. The condo was clean when we arrived and overall comfortable. Upgrades to some of the amenities could take it from good to great - better quality towels and pillows, new toaster oven (this one barely worked). Overall we would recommend and would consider returning.

Though with COVID we didn’t go into Charleston, we had a very nice, very needed, break. Our children spent lots of quiet time together. We did visit Magnolia gardens with their outside walking map. We ate out once, for lunch, on an outside deck with social distancing. All in all it was still a great family trip! We love the Isle of Palms and will return again when the virus has improved.
