This newly renovated condo has a unique design with gorgeous wood features throughout. Entering the unit, you are greeted by a pleasant beach feel and one-of-a-kind decorations. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room. The living room leads to your ocean view balcony with seating for 6 guests. Enjoy the ocean breeze and take in the glorious scenery!

Down the hallway will be the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen, and one twin bed. It also has a TV, and a bathroom accessible from the hallway. For your convenience, the condo has a washer and dryer, parking for at least two cars, WiFi, and a community pool.

We enjoyed our week at 4B Seagrove Lane. The proximity to the beach and the private pool access was excellent. The property it’s self was great. A few opportunities for improvement was an out dated “getting started” paper on our refrigerator. It referenced an old WiFi and the sport card access which is no longer valid. During my stay I called and property management made the updates and presumably will be posting the new updates on the refrigerator for the next guest.

We have so enjoyed our stay at 4b Seagrove this year. The spot had a really nice paint job throughout and it really brighten up the whole condo. Sweetgrass was very accommodating and saw to every detail of our entire stay. The on island staff were very efficient and attentive to our requests, including entry and fix-it’s. Thanks to you all. Waiting to come back to our happy place next year :)

The unit was very nice, and the layout was great. We liked how we could see the pool from the balcony so the kids could swim. Location was wonderful as well as it was close to Sweetgrass. The only issue was the wifi does not work throughout the unit, so we could not use our laptops and tablets throughout.

Overall

Door off the deck to the stairway does not latch, you have to lock the dead bolt for it to stay closed. There are also a couple of vertical rails on the deck that are loose at the bottom. We are planning to schedule our week for next year soon.

Very comfortable condo, practically oceanfront. Great ocean views, pool view. Check in was easy. Heated pool at Wild Dunes complex was a quick 5 min walk. Close walk to SWEETGRASS Inn restaurants. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable beds, nice balcony furniture, and sofa. Kitchen was well equipped and in unit washer and dryer was nice. The two bedrooms were separated for privacy, each with a bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

Sea grove 4b

Sea grove 4b was an excellent surprise. I expected to be good, but in my estimation, it was exceptional. Tremendous views from the balcony, short walk to the beach via Seagrove’s boardwalk, and general serenity. The unit was clean and well appointed, although I will admit that we did no extensive cooking so I can’t comment on cooking utensils in the unit. The unit was really large and very open. Again, this exceeded my expectations. I loved the aqua blue paint range that was throughly the condo. Watching TV from the couch was awkward, but who cares. If you’re going to this destination to watch TV, you might as well stay home. There is no elevated in the building so know that you will be dragging your suitcases and other items up staircases. Again, don’t let this be a dealbreaker for you. This inconvenience is worth it. The location is excellent, near amenities and such, the most important for me being the coffee shop at Sweetgrass Inn. For the life of me, I can’t remember the name of it, but it was great. The gated access to Wild Dunes seemed to weed out partiers. Don’t misunderstand me, I’m a blue collar guy so I’m not suggesting that Wolf Dunes is an “elites only” type of place. I would suggest that I have far more in common with the penny less than I do the wealthy. My point is that the guard shack at the gated interest conveyed that there was an expectation that everyone should be considerate of others. This was our first trip to IOP but not our last. Seagrove 4b was a fantastic choice for us, and I think you will find this to be true should you decide to stay there.

Nice Unit in a Nice Setting But A Couple of Comfort Issues

We loved Seagrove Villas - the complex was tucked away in Wild Dunes development, is well-maintained, and is literally just a few steps from the beach. Like most of the individual villas within the complex, 4B had a pretty view of the ocean from its balcony. 4B was nicely decorated, had modern appliances (including icemaker in the freezer), and came with all the pans and utensils we needed to cook and eat breakfast in the morning. Although both bathrooms come off of hallways, each hallway had a door that could be closed to make each bed / bath area private, which was nice. Water pressure in the bathrooms was good. Both bathrooms are pretty small, and the shower heads are only about 5'8" from the floor of the tub, which made it a challenge for my 6'4 husband to shower. Also, two things would make it easier to relax in the common space: an ottoman or something else to put your feet up on, and a table between (instead of in front of) the two chairs that faced the TV so you don't have to lean forward every time you take a drink. All in all, though, we were happy at Seagrove Villas.

SWEET GETAWAY!

A friend and I (we both love the sun) were able to spend relaxing beach time soaking up the sun and surf just steps from our villa in either the pool or the ocean! We both love to decorate and our villa was beautifully decorated with beachy colors and items. The Sweetgrass staff was so friendly and we enjoyed eating in the outside areas. We would love to take another vacation at Sweetgrass Properties!

We had such a great time!! The location was perfect if you want to enjoy the beach! We also loved the decoration in the apartment, it was very tasteful and beautiful. We felt at home!! I celebrated my birthday there and it was one of my best vacations ever! It was relaxing and we loved the views from the balcony. We also had so much luck with the weather! it was so warm and beautiful!! There is so much nature in the Wild Dunes that my 3 year old son said "we are in the jungle..." I think because we live in Boston, to visit South Carolina was a very happy and positively surprising experience. Now we want to move to Isle of Palms... In the meantime we hope to stay here again!

Our stay couldn’t have been any more wonderful! A perfect week away in Charleston! The location of this condo is our favorite yet as we could see our girls swim and the balcony door gives them quick access so a mommas eyes are always on them but she doesn’t always have to be pool side. A quick walk to the beach and the cutest interior of the condo made it very hard to leave. We will be back!

I was extremely happy with the customer service and the ease of checking into our condo. The unit was very nice and provided great information. My only complaint was that we were not told that the pool was closed the entire week we were there, which was very disappointing to my two boys that had to stare at the pool, but not get in it. The Seagrove Villa was perfect for our family. The unit was beautifully furnished and updated. The furniture looked brand new. We had upstairs neighbors but barely heard them aside from light footsteps. The view of the pool and beach from the balcony was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed, as we cooked most nights. The laundry room was spacious and convenient, and there was plenty of parking. The access to the beach and numerous water hoses to rinse off with at each unit was also very helpful given we had a 3 month old with us. The king bed was very comfortable, and they even had a box fan. The only semi negative was our family said the queen and twin bed in the guest room were pretty firm to their liking, but I know preferences vary widely. Having the queen and twin in that room was perfect for our family set up, and the bedroom walls are thick and fairly distant from each other given the condo size. We would definitely rent this unit again!

The house was beautifully furnished with a magnificent view of the water and steps from the pool. Everything was exactly as pictured and the only complaint I have is the guest room queen size mattress is too firm to be comfortable. The twin bed in the room was better. My mother and I enjoyed our walks on the beach, we didn’t have time to explore the other amenities Wild Dunes has to offer but hope to get back one day.

the Condo is roomy, spacious, comfortable with an awesome view of an awesome beach. I was up early each morning to walk the beach at 8am...24 minutes in one direction and 24 minutes back. There is nothing like walking an Isle of Palms beach in the morning. The sky and clouds are breathtaking. Shell seekers roam the beach to find what the morning tide left. Dogs chase balls into the surf. We had breakfast and lunch in the condo...great kitchen and well equipped. We dined out each evening after enjoying live music at Coconut Joe's roof top bar. We had so much fun we can't wait to come back. Great people at Sweetgrass, too. Always helpful and friendly.

We have stayed at many Seagrove units over the past twenty years. This unit was clean and a very good fit for a a family of two adults and an 18, 15, and 11 year old. Great ocean views. The pool is right in front of this unit and the ocean is only a three minute walk around the pool. We have stayed in slightly better units in Seagrove, but this unit is a solid value.
