This little condo was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. It was right off the beach and within walking distance of several great restaurants. It was quiet and we had a great view. The property was clean and neat and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back.

Perfectly adequate condo for our. For the price, though, a few things should be done. The ceiling fan is dangling from the ceiling a bit. It needs to be properly reattached. There are several boards in the flooring that are starting to come up. They need to be nailed or glued down tighter to avoid tripping hazards on sharp edges. Would be nice to be supplied with 1 roll of TP per day and one tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner per 2 days. View is great! Nice to have pool and pier access if that's important.

We greatly enjoyed the area near our unit, as the beach is beautiful. Except for the fact that we had to leave our precious Goldendoodle at home, we were quite satisfied. Restaurants, groceries and amenities in close proximity.

We had a very enjoyable stay at 309. Condo was clean and bed very comfortable. Loved that unit had a Kurig. Would definitely book again with Sweetgrass. Check in was a breeze and communication from them very good. Looking forward to coming back.

Me and my husband and our 3 little kids styled in the room on the isle of palms; we had an amazing vacation! The room is clean spacious enough for my 9 month old to move around in her walker plenty of sleep space. The fact the couch folded out into a bed saved our lives because the girls weren’t crazy about sleeping in the bunk beds; especially the top bunk you would have to bring like portable railing or something my kids are kind of restless sleepers I feel like there’s a high chance of falling out of there at night. Over all very nice unit; view from balcony was beautiful the kids would sit up there and watch the ocean. Loaded with everything you need; cups, plates, pizza cutter! Thanks for that haha also appreciated the keurig very much. Already planning next years vacation, hope to stay here again!

Nothing at all negative to say about this property!! It was perfect for my wife and I. Clean, great balcony ocean view, excellent experience! Cable TV in the living, and bedroom. The private beach and pier were so nice! The public beach was to the left side of the pier, and was really crowded. However, the private beach at Sea Cabins was scarcely populated. Loved it!!! And letting ONLY the residents of Sea Cabins utilize their private beach seemed to be pretty strictly enforced. Also, had seen some negative reviews about the bed. My wife and I could not understand this. It slept like a dream!!! And we had no need at all to contact the owner while there. Everything was as described in the check-in process. Although, I had spoken with them before the trip, and they were very pleasant and helpful. If we had of needed them there is no doubt they would have been there for us. Will try and get this unit anytime we decide to go to IOP!

The location is really great. The bedroom is super tight....very hard to move around as the bed takes up nearly 90% of the back wall. Temperature in the main living area was great with great views of pier, beach and pool. Temperature in the sleeping quarters was significantly warmer. I'd suggest a ceiling fan for air movement.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The view from the balcony and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. The restaurants being within walking distance was also a plus. The shower was fabulous, lots of hot water and plenty of pressure. Some things do need improvement. The unit is showing its age and could use some updates. The couch was stained (why not put a slipcover on it if you don't want to replace it?) The refrigerator was very loud and the dishwasher sounded like a jet engine. If those kinds of things don't bother you, I would recommend this unit. We weren't missing anything, just thought the place could use some love. We chose to look at the stairs we had to climb as an opportunity to get some exercise, maybe that's why neither of us gained any weight after a week of eating spectacular food!

We appreciated the attentive communications from Sweetgrass, and the setup of Sea Cabin 309A. We especially appreciated the promptness of response on Kyle's part to our request to fix a stuck screen door. He was also very cheerful and pleasant. Kitchen utensils could use some attention: the 10" non-stick frying pan is due for retirement; one sharp chef's knife for preparing food would be good; and a set of small bowls would be helpful as well.

The condo is small but makes great use of the available space. Good for a couple or small family. We enjoyed waking up with our daughter and eating breakfast with a great ocean view. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, but make sure to bring all food and necessary condiments. Bed was comfortable, but window overhead lets too much light in. There is a light directly overhead outside that can make falling asleep difficult if you are used to a dark room. This was a small inconvenience that didn’t take away from the trip. Overall I would definitely recommend this condo especially for the price considering the location and view.

We just stayed for a week and what an awesome location! The beach view is amazing, the location is within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and you are an under 30 minute drive into Charleston or tons of other cool little beach towns. The property has a great pool, a private pier and the beach is amazing...always a nice breeze , good shelling and great night time crab hunting. Fair warning...no elevator on this property, but the view from this particular unit wouldn't stop me from taking those stairs in the future! Unit is equipped with kitchen ample supplies, air conditioner is great. Great week....hope to come back soon!!!

This one bedroom condo had the necessities you need and want. It is a well laid out and compact set up. I couldn’t get over the ocean view. What a pleasure to sit out on the porch. This place was clean and efficient. The closeness to the beach cannot be overstated. Loved being here.

Fantastic View & Wonderful Condo

You cannot beat the view and the location for this one! You can see and hear the ocean from the privacy of the condo balcony. We sat out there almost every minute of our trip. The condo is clean, well furnished and close by to everything on IOP. It is a real bonus that parking is included even though you can walk almost everywhere. The only downside for someone might be having to climb three flights of stairs (no elevator here) each time you come and go. We needed the exercise so we didn't mind. We will absolutely stay here again!

The location is great with a nice ocean and a great beach. Grocery store 2 blocks away along with a terrific Restaurant next door...ate there 4 times. Also many other places to eat. Our score would be excellent that due to our age the lack of an elevator the stairs to the third floor were a bit much,

We enjoyed our stay at sea cabin. We enjoyed both the sunrise and the sunset. You can catch the sunrise from the front door or from the beach. It was nice listening to the surf from the balcony which offered plenty of seating. My suggestions would be to give the couch a good once over for cleaning. Also it would be nice to have darkening blinds or darkening curtains above the bed. The bed was super comfy however there was a lot of illumination in the room at night from the outside hallway light. We were definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful! Unit was clean, bed was comfy and everything worked. Wish there had been sofa bed as wall bunks were quite narrow. Also 3rd floor with no elevator was a bit hard with luggage, groceries, etc
