The villa, which sleeps 8 features two ensuite King master bedrooms and an additional guest room with 2 Twins and a full bath. The living room provides extra sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa with another full bath just down the hallway.  A combined laundry and pantry are located off the kitchen.

Sip your morning coffee in the company of soaring pelicans from either of the private porches or go for a walk on the pristine beach just steps away. Both porches have direct access to the beach boardwalk. 

This beachfront villa was updated and has been meticulously maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Pelican Beach and the North Edisto River Inlet. Renting this 3-bedroom, 4 full bath, oceanfront villa with unforgettable sunsets views of the Atlantic Ocean and Edisto River is just the beginning. This beach front villa is the closest you will come to putting your feet in the sand on Seabrook Island.

Seabrook Island is a gated oceanfront community dedicated to providing its residents and guests with a lifestyle like no other--two championship golf courses, an oceanfront beach club, a tournament-grade tennis facility, an equestrian center, and top flight dining opportunities along with miles of pristine beaches to enjoy. And this is just the short list! The amenity card to enjoy these features is included with this rental. Brand new smart TVs will allow you to take advantage of all of your favorite streaming services! Walk to the Island House, Seabrook's (2) 18-hole golf courses, Beach club, and Pelicans Nest oceanfront dining. Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

Our family spent a week here, and it was an incredible time filled with walks to the beach, dolphin sightings and coffee on the porch. We loved the pool area and dining by the ocean can't be beat! The location of this property is perfect, and it comes with the most spectacular sunsets each evening that we looked forward to. We will definitely be trying to come back.

Lovely, spacious home away from home with updated decorating. Views very nice. Would replace the king beds or add mattress toppers as the beds were too firm. Kitchen well stocked, but I think the kitchen appliances could be updated too. Four bathrooms was a plus and very close to beach club and short walk to beach. My grandson loved visiting the horses at the equestrian center. This is our second time at Seabrook - Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The porches are great and not a far walk from beach. I have young kids so having the amenity cards and going to the pool was a huge plus for us! It’s very quiet at night and we saw several deer.I do think it needs some updating. We had a few problems but they were quickly taken care of by maintenance. (Leaking sink and cable trouble) The internet has a very weak signal, the washing machine sounds like it’s going to take flight and the door knob to the laundry room fell off. Other than that we really enjoyed our time. The kitchen is well organized and we had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Hey all, Just wanted to take a second and send some feedback on our stay. We have stayed at pelican Watch many times, sometimes in a 3 bedroom, sometimes just my wife and I in a 1 bedroom. The place was nice and convenient to the beach and the only real issue we had was with the dishwasher. We certainly understand that things break but this was more of an inconvenience than you might think. We ate at the house most evenings and by the end of the stay I was very tired of washing dishes.

We had such a fantastic week at Seabrook! The location and space were ideal for our group. The only complaints we had were that the AC was a bit tricky to regulate in the bedrooms, and few small things were broken when we arrived, but nothing that took away from our stay too much!

Location is fabulous - walk to beach, club, pool, golf course, etc. Unit needs some basic maintenance. Most notably, kitchen is VERY poorly outfitted.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch. The condo was nice; the two porches were awesome! We were on the sunset porch every evening waiting for the sun to go down. Beautiful! There were a few things that need attention - some lights did not work and the porch screens were rusted in place. It would have been helpful if all the light switches had been labeled. The noise from upstairs was bothersome particularly when we were on the porches. A few times we just had to go inside . Due to Covid, we wiped down all surfaces with an anti bacterial spray as soon as we arrived. I think the cleaning crew may have been a little lax - surfaces and floors were not as clean as expected. Also, I did not realize departure instructions were emaled to me late in the week. I looked everywhere , even called your office but it was closed on our checkout day. I did not see the email until I had been home a few says. Why are they not with the other info on the fridge? Overall we had a nice vacation and would consider returning due to the location.

Thank you! Love Pelican Watch, the home, the view the yellow shrimp boat and sail boats and very comfy chairs and sofas...and kitchen space that also has the beautiful view. Will keep coming back, and not wait until next December. We call December at Seabrook Pelican our Christmas by the sea—Edisto and Atlantic meet. Enjoy the beach walk—meet dogs and people and watch paddle boarders and kayakers. Beautiful place Seabrook and we love winter at the beach!

Six of us stayed for 4 nights over Mother's Day. Watched deer and rabbits every morning. Quick walk over the dunes to the beach. Quite stay full of sun and rest. Good kitchen and living area. We will be back.
