Amazing Extended Family Beach Week

Our 3-generation family has taken a beach vacation each year for past 14 years (except for Covid!) and our stay at 5508 Palm Blvd. in Isle of Palms this July was one of the best yet. The home was in great shape and very well equipped. The kitchen easily accommodated 8 adults making lunches to take to the beach or several of us putting together a low country boil. The beds were comfortable and the wood floors easy to keep clean The pool, while on the small size, was welcome and, as a bonus, screened in! The path to the beach, located just to one side of the house, made for transporting the required paraphernalia easy--no golf cart needed (though one was available to rent). Sweetgrass Properties was always quick to respond to any question and to provide a blender that we were missing. We are all looking to return next year!

Excellent property that exceeded my expectations! I would stay at this property again! The only recommendation is include everything in the rental price. I felt a little nickeled and dined with the pool heating and golf cart rental, and would have been fine if It was already included in the overall rental amount.

This home was everything we hoped, for, and more! Absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. Super convenient access to the beach, beautiful views, porches, galore, and even a little swimming pool on site we loved preparing meals in the huge and crowd, friendly kitchen. Except to go walk on the beach, we literally never had to leave the house. This house has so much to offer for all ages, and there was so much room that everybody could have their own privacy when needed, but also I’ll be together For game night, movies, or just enjoying a meal. Highly recommend this place. It stands out above any other place we’ve ever stayed.

Fantastic vacation home! Lots of room for big crowd to spread out inside & outside. High end kitchen, private pool, very close to beach. Especially enjoyed the extras like the huge theater-like TV, putting green, sauna, & exercise equipment. Even had a charger for the Tesla rental. Will be back!
