There are two more luxury king suites on this second level. Both share access to a gorgeous sun porch, complete with beautiful views of the Atlantic. One of the primary suites also includes a beautiful soaking tub, perfect for after a long day of sun at the beach. 

Finally, we come to the third level, a kid’s paradise! This loft-style suite, which takes up the entire top level of the home, features an entertainment room with a Smart TV, games, and access to another sun deck with ocean views. This massive room sleeps up to 4 with the two built-in twin beds and twin trundles underneath. You might not be able to get the kids in the group to come down after seeing the space!

We love this house. It fits our large extended family very well. Close to the beach, beautifully decorated, large rooms with great bathrooms. Great pool and deck with cover and the pool is semi shaded in late afternoon. Sweetgrass properties is wonderful to work with. There are some small things that need attention: one row of wire fence on pool deck has been broken since last year, drapes in several bedrooms need to be rehung, needs a couple new skillets, grill has been terrible for two years, needs to be replaced, missed the outdoor tv very much, could use a new stock pot for crab boils. Other than that we adore this house and hope to return.

Beautiful house in a great location, with easy walking access to the beach across the street. The 8 bedrooms with individual full baths worked great for our extended family. The pool and hot tub was a grandkid favorite. Sweetgrass was prompt and professional with a few issues we had and quickly dealt with them. A great spot for a large group.

Very nice, clean and well updated. Only suggestion wood be better directions on opening the garage doors. And making it clear the elevator for not go to the top level. Great place and. We will try to use it again.

Large house well equipped for big group. 8 good sized bedrooms with 8 full baths. Large living spaces. Well equipped kitchen. Location near beach excellent. Pool was not large but adequate.

This house is absolutely stunning. There is so much room but the most amazing part is THE SERVICE. This house is newly on the rental circuit and we had a few tiny things we needed assistance with as they were working out some kinks. We reached out to them and in EIGHT MINUTES someone was at our front door. All of the staff was amazing and friendly and prompt. The location of this house to the beach is great with a short walk. All of the amenities are top notch and the decor is beautiful. We will absolutely stay here again!!
