Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM.  No more than 16 adults should be occupying the home. Also, please be respectful of the property furnishings, amenities, and neighboring homes.  If policies are not adhered to, fines may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home.  Thank you for helping us continue to provide a safe, clean, enjoyable home for all future renters.

Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.

This spacious beachfront house on IOP was perfect for our large group, with en-suite bathrooms for most of the bedrooms, making it very comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook big meals, while the grill and large backporch was a great bonus for outdoor dining featuring stunning ocean views. The house has its own beach access, which was very convenient, and a wagon, chairs, and cooler were provided to make getting to the beach a breeze. It’s not far from great restaurants and bars too. The host was super responsive and provided everything we needed. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
