Welcome to Ocean Green - a luxurious vacation home on Kiawah Island! This stunning two-story home boasts over 3,000 square feet of living space, with four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The beautiful interiors and unbeatable location make it the perfect retreat for your next family vacation or getaway with friends.

As soon as you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the beautifully-designed interiors, which have just been renovated with new furniture, paint, and finishings. The design motif is where coastal elegance meets island charm. The living area is tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings (with guest comfort in mind) and a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect spot for gathering with friends and family. The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dining area for six, as well as bar seating for six.

One of the highlights of this beautiful vacation home is the stunning view of the 13th tee box of Turtle Point Golf Course, which can be enjoyed from the first floor screened porch. The porch provides a comfortable and relaxing space to enjoy the beautiful views, fresh air, and your beverage of choice. 

Also on the first floor is the first of four bedrooms; a sprawling king primary suite with private bathroom and a private sitting area. Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms.  The first of these three upstairs rooms is the junior master bedroom with king bed, ensuite bath, TV and access to a private porch.  The next is a king bedroom, with contains a TV and access to another private porch, while the final is a queen bedroom with TV.  These last two rooms share a jack-n-jill style bathroom. There's also an additional sitting room on this level with sofa, TV and porch access, providing some added space to relax. The second floor also boasts a second screened-in porch with additional seating - just more space to enjoy that island breeze! You will have no shortage of places to unwind.

Located on Kiawah Island, this vacation rental offers the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. The house perfectly accommodated our party that included 4 teens. The pool was right to the left of the home and the beach was about an 8-10 minute bike ride. We rented bikes which was a good decision. Interior of the home was very clean…probably one of the cleanest rentals I’ve seen. The exterior of the home could use a good cleaning, though.

So this house is gorgeous, spacious, and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I will tell you that unlike other rentals, there are no spices, condiments, coffee etc. Had I known I would have brought from home, as this is the first one we have rented like this. It is owned by a company, not a person so think that matters. We found our way to beach after asking others, no instructions that we saw. Company was responsive to questions. Kiawah is pretty remote, need to drive at least 20 minutes to small grocery etc. It is quiet and serene, lovely home.

The house was the perfect location and easy bike ride to the beach. The house accommodations were amesome and a perfect size for our family - each to have their own bedroom. The kitchen well stocked. The sitting room upstairs was great for the kids to hang out- we all played monopoly and clue. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

Our stay at 23 Ocean Green was excellent! The house was impeccable, kitchen was easy to cook in and had plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups etc. Rooms were lovely. We liked the screened-in porch and the grill outside. 6 minute walk to the beach. Bring your own spices, olive oil, hot sauce, foil, Saran Wrap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. Also bring or rent your own beach gear, chairs and bikes. Check in and check out were easy. There are two outdoor parking spots and it’s right on the golf course. Would stay again!! Thank you!

The house is on a perfect cul-de-sac. It was only a few steps from a swimming pool, biking paths, the beach, and walking along the golf course. The home is very, very clean and breathtakingly beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would ever need especially on a vacation. The beds were big and very comfortable.and the bedrooms are all so big. We sat on patio to drink our coffee in the morning, drinks in the afternoon or evening overlooking the golf course. This home is perfect for any family. We are looking forward to our next trip and plan on staying in this gorgeous home again!!!

The house was immaculate and the weather was perfect! I loved the location: not too far from the beach and near the pool. My only suggestion is that the kitchen, while well stocked, could use more serving platters and a large glass Pyrex pan, or something for marinating. The grill worked well and the bedroom situation was terrific!

This property was very comfortable and the location was very convenient. The bedrooms were all plus size and the beds were all big and very comfortable. The house was nice and clean upon our arrival and the check-in process was simple. The location offered a short and scenic walk, or bike, to the beach with plenty to see along the way. Our family enjoyed crossing over the foot bridge and looking for turtles and gators. When the beach got too windy the pool was a great option and only steps away from the house. Sweetgrass offers a 10% discount off bike rentals through Alligator Bikes and the bikes turned out to be one of the best parts of the trip. When we weren’t using them to get back and forth to the beach, we used them for rides along the beach or along the many picturesque trails. Dinner out on the patio at night followed by games or movies in the bonus room provided fun memories. Sweetgrass was excellent to rent through and was responsive to any needs. I recommend this house and we’ll definitely be back to Kiawah Island!

This home is situated perfectly on the golf course and steps away from the pool. The home was clean , clean , clean! The upstairs gathering space is extra nice if you have young adults traveling with you.

Great House and Great Location. Short walk to the beach over a scenic foot bridge where wildlife abounds. 20 steps to the pool and 2 minutes to the Turtle Point Driving Range. Everything in the house seems brand new; beds are comfy, kitchen well stocked, back porch perfect place to have a drink and listen to music after a fun day on the beach or course. We loved our stay and will book again!

Great vacation home. This home is spacious for a family vacation or a friends golf trip. Have your morning coffee on the lovely screened in porch overlooking the golf course. A short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. A well stocked kitchen. Enjoy a relaxing evening in the downstairs area or the upstairs game/tv room. The bedrooms are good size and beds are very comfortable. We are looking forward to returning to this lovely home on Kiawah again soon.

This home is tucked in on the cutest cul-de-sac with access to the golf course and short scenic walk to the beach. The feel of the area is a safe and quaint neighborhood with resort living access. This location allows you to bike in a multitude of directions and never feel like you saw the same scenery twice. The home is spacious and very cozy but inviting updated vibes. The main living area is perfect for hosting a gathering with ample seating and the screened in porch is a wonderful get away from it all area...be ready to have your morning coffee while watching the golfers enjoy a round on one of the most beautiful golf courses on the island.If you decide to mix work with pleasure, this home was a great location to set up a travel office and take a quick bike ride or walk to the beach to when you need a break. We will be back! Enjoy!

I cannot say enough how wonderful this vacation home is. It is very clean, bright and spacious. The pictures don't do it justice to how large and beautiful the house is. It has two master suites, one on each level, along with two other bedrooms and a rec room upstairs. The porch and decks are so peaceful and relaxing to listen to nature or watch the golfers. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It's just a few minutes walk to the beach or the clubhouse for dinner. There is also a nice community pool. Kiawah Island is truly paradise. Lots of bike paths and nature. We will definitely be staying here again!
