Upon entering you'll be greeted by an open concept living and dining space, with plenty of natural light and beautiful furnishings. The dining area flows into the kitchen, which is fully-equipped and renovated. Off of the living room, enjoy a furnished balcony - perfect for your apertivo or morning cup. The outdoor dining table offers a wonderful place to watch the sun go down while enjoying a meal. The first of two bedrooms is a lovely king primary suite, with a private bathroom and access to the porch. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a private balcony with seating! 

The location is ideal for exploring the area. The beach is just a short drive or bike ride away, as is Freshfields Village for all of your shopping and dining needs!

*Electric golf carts (rental or personal) are not permitted at this vacation property as there are no adequate charging outlets.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
*Please note this property does NOT have access to the Beach Club Pools, the oceanfront restaurants, golf or tennis.  It only has access to the Lake House and Marsh Walk Villas neighborhood pool.*
 
To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded.

Clean with a good floor plan. Quiet and well equipped. Management very responsive on a minor repair. Suggest a bit of paint to spruce up front door and some interior rust spots and nail holes. Also recommend blackout drapes. Overall good value.

Had a great stay for the tennis tournament we played at Seabrook Island. The unit overlooks some of the courts at the Seabrook Island Racquet Club and we could walk to out our matches each day. Very clean, very comfortable, easy to get in and out of. Parking was easy. Not a huge place but ideal for up to two couples with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice screened in porch from which you could watch some of the matches. Kitchen is small but has all the basics. For us, it was ideal and we rent their again next year. Very good value.

We stayed for 3 weeks in this lovely villa. Seabrook is a beautiful place with beautiful beaches that aren't mobbed with people. The Sweetgrass management team was great to work with. Very attentive. The house was very clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay here again.
