Description

Take the elevator to this wonderful end unit with covered parking and convenient neighborhood pool. Enjoy stunning views of Bohicket Creek from the rear porch.  High tide brings numerous sea birds while low tide has oysters 'clipping shut' in their beds.  The unit is designed for a wonderful vacation experience and is within walking distance of the Lake House fitness center and pools. You’ll also enjoy the beautiful beaches, nature trails and bike paths all over the island.      

The open floor-plan offers bright light with sweeping Marsh views from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining area flows into the living space which is perfect to unwind after a long beach day. Sliding doors open to the dual ceiling fan porch where guests can relax and enjoy a light meal at the café table or cocktails in the cozy seating area overlooking the marsh.

The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom with adjacent bath has  2 twin beds and a lovely private deck area of its own overlooking the palm trees.  There is a sleeper sofa provided as well for additional sleeping space.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Perfect rental, very clean, included so many things to make the stay great! Nice beach chairs, wagon for beach, beach towels. And all amenities in the house made a comfortable stay. Love the porch with marsh view, perfect place for drinks at night, and coffee in the morning. Would highly recommend.

Really nice place - wonderful beach with sand bar way out into ocean - stopping for raccoons crossing on way back to condo - bunny rabbits everywhere - humming birds off the balcony - landscaped so live oaks come right to screen - watching all the John Wick Movies - Angel Oak Middleton Oak - good waves Kiowa Beach - Salty Dog nearby Hymans downtown. Its a really good product and I can recommend to all. 5 stars.

2010 Marsh Walk was very comfortable for our stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated and in great condition. View was terrific and location can't be beat. Only suggestion is to change out the sheer curtains in the primary bedroom. They are completely see-through and do not provide any light coverage.

The place and the location were great. We liked the updates of the unit and the screened in porches were an added plus. The only couple of comments are around the cleaning service? We found a shoe and headphones from a previous stay under a bed (I told the cleaning ladies when they came yesterday) and maybe that's an area to pay attention to - making sure they thoroughly go through the unit. Also, there are LOTs of beach chairs underneath marked 2010 on them so it would have been great to know those were available before renting our own? Maybe take inventory of the body boards, beach chairs and bikes underneath - we left them alone and did not use them. All in all, it was a good stay and we'd recommend the unit to friends and families.

Highly recommend this location and condo. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but with enough to do around the area that you do not get bored. Distance to Charleston was not too far. The condo was clean, adorable and we loved it.

After an unusually busy summer, our family was in a need of some peace and quiet at our favorite resting place, Seabrook Island; and Marsh Walk was the place of choice for us this summer. Nestled on the marsh of this special island retreat, Marsh Walk had the perfect porch overlooking the Marsh and creek to sooth our soul. Decorated with bright, cheerful, and comfortable beach decor, Marsh Walk makes you feel right at home, but with a better view. We’ll be back for “shore!”

We had never heard of Seabrook Island before I discovered this place on Airbnb but 2010 Marsh Walk Villa was a wonderful place to enjoy our family beach vacation. The condo was decorated beautifully and we found it neat, clean and well-stocked upon our arrival. We absolutely loved the beaches on Seabrook It was wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy the ocean without the crowds you typically experience at other beaches. It was also nice to be so close to Charleston that we could easily drive there for dinner or to visit other attractions the city has to offer. We will definitely return to Seabrook the next time we need some beach time!
