Upon entering the condo, you are greeted with an easy beach vibe and open concept living space. The panoramic oceanfront view is perfect from every spot. There is plenty of space to relax in the living room to watch a movie, or enjoy a nice meal at the dining table. The kitchen overlooks both of these areas and is large enough to prepare a delicious Lowcountry meal. Step onto the oceanfront balcony where you can admire the waves and salty air just steps from the condo. The first bedroom contains a king sized bed, and can be found on the first floor. It has its own TV, and semi-private bathroom that also opens to the hall.

 

The second floor features the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and private bathroom. The third bedroom, the master, has a King bed, TV, private bathroom, and impeccable oceanfront views. What better way to wake up to than the gorgeous splashing waves! Washer and dryer can also be found on the second floor, making laundry a breeze.

Staff at Sweetgrass was super nice and helpful . Great view facing the ocean. Very spacious, comfortable beds. The place just needs a little TLC and updates for the price.

Best view of the sunrise, beach and ocean from either the Primary BR or deck.Just a few steps along the boardwalk to the beach. The condo is showing signs of being well-loved, which meant we could all be comfortable! We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and can’t wait to return

This was our third time renting this condo in September for family vacation. The ocean view location is excellent. The condo is clean and shows minor wear and tear on furniture and kitchen appliances. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cooking tools and utensils. The Sweetgrass staff is very responsive to needs and concerns of renters. I would definitely rent this condo again.

This was the perfect place for family. We had beautiful views, close to beach and plenty of room for 6. This is comfortable and we had a great family trip. Place is clean and as described.

Mariner’s Walk 12d has beautiful views and clean spaces to get away and enjoy the fresh beach air!! The unit is clean but is starting to show its age, and could use a few updates to freshen things up like a functional screen door on the back porch and new toilet seats. The staff at Sweetgrass are always quick to respond and very informative and nice with answers to any questions you may have. I would highly recommend using them to find your next rental property!

Just spent 4 beautiful days at 12D Mariners Walk. The home was spacious and the views were amazing. Our family enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Isle of Palms/Wild Dunes is now our new favorite place to vacation. We will definitely rent again the next time we come to visit family.

Great visit - we enjoyed the condo - met all our needs. Very clean and comfortable - the view and location were perfect for us. A few suggestions - fridge freezes things & was very noisy. Hooks on bathroom doors & instructions to use the TV's for us tech challanged:) Enjoyed the condo & are already talking about a return trip - definitely to 12D Mariners Walk ❤❤

Sweetgrass is a wonderful management company - friendly and responsive. We've stayed at Wild Dunes in various units for several years. This is the best. Very clean unit, well-equipped kitchen (we cook a lot so this was a big plus), comfortable beds, amenities. The view from the deck, kitchen and upstairs master bedroom - perfect. Quick walk to beach as well as the pool. Comfortable stay for four adults and two young children. Light in the back bedrooms comes through the blinds so it would be nice if there was a way to darken the room, but that was a minor inconvenience. Only negative was construction noise below us - but the manager responded quickly. Apparently, repairs are often made in the off-season which is something to consider. Over all, our experience was great and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very well maintained and clean. The only negatives were the fridge/freezer didn’t cool well and wouldn’t make ice very often. The power also flickered frequently over the last few days of our stay, but may have been a resort wide issue.

We LOVED this place for our Moms weekend away. The view was stunning and beach was quiet and private, just what we needed and wanted for our weekend away. The place had plenty of space and the deck was perfect for our afternoon wine and appetizers. Thanks for giving us the space and view for much needed rest and reprieve, we are already excited to return next year.

We had a fabulous week enjoying IOP and Charleston from our home base at Mariners Walk. The condo itself is well appointed, clean, and modern, with all the conveniences needed to relax and unwind. We baked brownies, cooked meals, made smoothies, all with the equipment provided in the kitchen. The oceanfront location was amazing, with spectacular sunrise views from the master newsroom and the deck. We rented bikes and a beach chair/umbrella package with daily setup that made it so easy to enjoy ourselves. Two additions would be welcomed - a full length mirror in at least one bedroom (or all of them!), and hooks in the bathrooms for towels/robes. All in all, a top notch stay!

We had a great week for our spring vacation. The weather was beyond our expectations as was our view from our deck. We rented 12D for the oceanfront view and it did not disappoint! Daily sunrises on the balcony became a morning ritual. The condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed. The kind size beds and multiple pillows were very nice,I do prefer a firmer mattress and pillows so my suggestion would be to bring your own pillow if you can. A few of the doors squeaked and could use some attention but overall I would stay in this condo again. A few minor issues were resolved on the first day with a quick phone call to the rental company. I had to call twice and I got excellent service from the rental company. Check-in and out was "contactless" and very easy. We had a wonderful week with great weather, and will return!

We enjoyed our stay at Mariners Walk so much. 12D was a very well kept 3-bedroom town home. It met our family needs perfectly. Sweetgrass properties was easy to handle check in and check out process. Everything we needed was right there in the condo. We can't wait to come back.

Very good, quiet location with great view of ocean. Wide beach, less crowded than at larger condo complexes. We loved it. They were very friendly and organized. When we arrived, the condo was clean and everything was as advertised. All information on the reservation (such as gate passes and key code) were provided when promised.

The condo was clean and comfortable for our family. It is an ideal location in that it has easy beach access as well as the saltwater pool nearby. When we weren’t playing in the sand or lounging by the pool, we sat on the back deck enjoying the ocean view while reading a book. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay.
