Located just inside the main entrance, the master suite offers a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and modern furniture to round out the room. The full bathroom is accessed from the hallway, and contains granite countertop sink and walk-in shower. More than enough space for any couple.

Mariners Watch Villa’s centralized location makes enjoying the amenities of the island a breeze. The 30 miles of bike trails extend all the way to Freshfields Village. Night Heron Park`s green spaces and playgrounds are an easy stroll away. Kiawah Island`s beautiful 10 miles of white sand beach is across the parking lot and down the boardwalk!

    This unit was clean, comfortable, near the beach, and the park and pools. It unfortunately needs climbing extensive and uneven stairs to reach the unit. As an older woman, it was a treacherous experience coming to and from. This unit would be perfect for a younger couple !

    The condo was great. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to a gorgeous beach! Only complaint was the bed was very hard and we like a soft mattress.

    I made a the bone-head mistake of trying to get into the wrong property. Within about 10 minutes of calling in, someone came by to help me out. They were very gracious about coming out unnecessarily as a result of my error.

    Fun Time in Kiawah

    Nice condo, great location (near beach and bike path; overlooking canal - lots of wildlife viewing). Condo had everything as expected. But minimal dishes and silver (bring dishwashing detergent). Sleeper sofa (as a sofa) was old and worn out (the matching love seat doesn't face the TV, so not much use). The TV has basic cable (not High-Def). All-in-all had fun - great weather (mid-May) and fun biking, beaching, walking, exploring. But keep an eye peeled for gators - there are many.

    Great condo with all the necessities. This was our second stay in this condo with plans to return for more. This unit is right next to a bike trail and maybe 2 minute walk to the beach.

    The condo is in such a great location. It was very clean, very quiet. We loved the private porch since it was an end unit and it had a nice view of the lagoon. Wifi worked great. We've stayed in another unit in Mariner's Watch before and this one is better - more updated and comfortable. Everything worked well for the two of us. As other reviewers have noted, the bar stools aren't comfortable because they are the wrong height and the counter doesn't give you enough leg room. But they're ok for a quick meal. I brought a large covered skillet which came in handy. The kitchen was pretty nicely equipped. I was also glad I brought hangars because the unit only had 4 in the closet. I was very happy with this condo and loved my time on Kiawah. So beautiful. I'll be back and will rent this unit again.

    Villa was just steps from the beach. Great for waking, swimming or sunning. Villa was handy to East Beach snack bar and variety store. Lovely refurbished bathroom and great hardwood floors throughout. Perhaps a set of cooking pots and a frying pan would be beneficial. Eating area was a peninsula with backless stools - very hard on the back to try to eat there. Management group was easy to work with.

    We've been coming to Kiawah annually for many years, this was one of our favorite units. The condo was nice, clean, good layout with the bar in the kitchen instead of a dining room table. End unit location is nice with a lagoon view. Quick access to the beach. Plan to bring things like foil, saran wrap, condiments, etc. as it's not stocked with them. There was a dead Palmetto bug in the kitchen on arrival.

    Everything was exactly what we were looking for and what was promised to us. Only 2 minor complaints, one the batteries were dead in multiple remotes and the other the door is complicated to try to lock so for most of our stay we left it unlocked since we couldnt figure it out. Other than those 2 minor and relatively insignificant things, it was a great place for a weekend get away.

    This 1 BR villa was perfect for our long weekend on Kiawah Island. The villa was clean with an updated kitchen and bath. We enjoyed the porch and most of all, the very quick walk to the ocean. We have already talked about returning soon.

    Delightful condominium in a wooded, secluded area that is within 300 yards to an excellent beach. There are excellent bike paths and Night Heron Park is just across the road. My stay was wonderful. I love the preserved Kiawah Island Landscape, the bike paths and beach access. I hope I can return someday.
