Description

Welcome to 3012 Marsh Haven! This gorgeous 5 bedroom house has some of the most magnificent marsh views that Seabrook has to offer. Sitting right on Captain Sam's Creek, you will enjoy all of the nature this home has to offer.

Upon entering the house, you will be greeted with a southern, beach feel. Immediately to the left is the formal dining room with seating for 8 guests and to the right is the living room area with a flat screen TV. These rooms each lead into the fully renovated kitchen with contains upgraded stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops.. The kitchen space is perfect for entertaining with large windows, an additional dining table for 4, and a small sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a half bathroom for guests, located just off the entry hall.

The master bedroom is on the first floor, which includes a King bed, TV, private bathroom, and porch access. The screened in porch offers great nature views, and the open air, multi-level decks are perfect to take in the fresh air.

The other four bedrooms are on the 2nd level of the home. Three of the rooms have queen-sized bedrooms, while the last bedroom has a set of twin beds. There are also two bathrooms located on this level. One of the queen bedrooms has a private bathroom, and the other three bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with private smart TVs. 

There is a basement area in the home complete with a 5-in-1 activity table including air hockey, foosball, and pool. You'll also find a beach wagon, a bike, two beach chairs and an umbrella, and toys for the kids! 

With access to many Seabrook Island resort amenities, and a short walk to the crabbing dock, it’s the perfect island location. Bring your whole family to come enjoy this Seabrook Island gem!

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

This home was absolutely perfect for our Labor Day weekend getaway with friends! The home is very spacious, up to date and very family friendly. The views of the marsh are lovely and the location near the crab fishing dock was great! We will definitely be back again!

Our group of 3 families had a fantastic stay at this vacation home. The house was spacious, comfortable and perfect for accommodating all of us. Each family had plenty of room to spread out, yet the common areas were large enough for us to gather together for meals and games. The home came stocked with beach toys and floats which the kids loved for the beach day. The neighborhood itself is gorgeous - there is a little dock down the street that the kids loved to catch crabs from after dinner. The view of the marsh and wildlife was incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend this home to any group looking for a comfortable and well-appointed home away from home.

The house is beautiful. The 1.5 days we were there. We left because the house is on a beautiful marsh. The weather said they world get 10-/0 inches of rain and we didn’t want to take the risk of flooding

6 women stayed at 3012 Marsh Haven in January 2023 for 3 days for a golf tournament. We have stayed at this house before and enjoyed it very much. The house is spacious, very clean and in an excellent location to golf at Seabrook or Kiawah. The only issue was the dishwasher was not working. I called the management company about this upon arriving. The next morning a representative came to the house and determined the dishwasher needed a new control panel. He then brought a supply of paper plates, bowls, etc - very thoughtful !

We had a very difficult week with Hurricane Ian affecting our stay and everything with the club being closed. That said, this is a wonderful home for a large family. We were a family of seven and had lots of room to spread out and sleep. The home is beautifully decorated and well furnished. The marsh view is spectacular. We loved that there were 3 beach chairs and a bike we could use, and the golf cart is a great perk for a fee. Sweetgrass properties was wonderful to work with and we appreciated daily updates concerning the weather as well as having someone from Sweetgrass come by prior to the storm to check on the house and find out if we were staying. We would rent this home again! Thanks!!

The property was very spacious for our large group. It was great having multiple living areas so the kids could have their own space. All of the pools, beach and other amenities were a quick golf cart ride away. Seabrook is always a great beach for the whole family since it is quiet yet has enough things for the kids to stay busy. Our multigenerational group all had a great time at this property.

This home was perfect for our group of 8. The lot is large ( maybe a double lot or 1 1/2) so you really feel secluded while using the rear deck and screened in porch. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in with 2 ovens and even an electric griddle, which was great for french toast. We would stay at this house again with a group of this size.

House is great for a group with gathering areas and fully stocked kitchen. Lovely marsh view with lots of wildlife. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy and very quiet being off the main road. My recommendation to the owner/mgmt team is to clean and repair the grill. On full heat it would only get to 325 deg which can make cookouts difficult.

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our party of 10. The interior was very aesthetically pleasing and the backyard view was beautiful. Our children enjoyed the board games available and we were relieved to see a few child proof (plastic) dishes for them to use as well as beautiful dishes for the rest of us. It was a nice distance from the larger cities, but close enough to not have a long drive. We would definitely stay here again!

We rent a lot of vacation houses and this one was a gem... We rented this house with my family, my brother's family, and my mom. The house is spacious and although it's technically 5 BR, there is a set of bunk beds in the first floor area that allowed the kids to stay down there as their own space. Overall the house has a good layout, and in addition to the bonus room on the first floor there's plenty of other space to congregate, including a spacious living room. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and two ovens, which turned out to be surprisingly helpful when cooking meals. The house and furnishings are nice, and the property is well-managed, with plenty of pots, pans, plates, cooking utensils, etc. One other thing we liked is that the house is in a good location - fairly close to the gate, right by the crabbing dock, and not too far from the beach. 5/5 - we'd definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house at 3012 Marsh Haven is beautiful and very comfortable. Our family of seven adults and three toddlers had plenty of room. The kitchen is very well equipped. The two car garage was helpful since we had three cars and visitors a couple of times during the week. There are two refrigerators which was great for all the beverages we brought with us. There are also two ovens although one by the kitchen island seemed to be very slow to warm up. We used the gas grill three times during the week. My grandchildren loved the basement room. There were some toys there and they loved the bunk beds. My daughter brought her Nintendo switch so everyone had video games to play. I also brought my amazon fire stick so we could watch the channels we watch at home. We had only minor complaints.The vacuum cleaner did not do a great job. The ice maker could never keep up so make sure to buy ice before you get to the house. The family room furniture is not the most comfortable but the living room furniture is very nice. There were plenty of bath towels for our family but I wish we had brought kitchen towels as there was only one. Overall I gave this vacation an excellent review. We love Seabrook Island and had a great family vacation.

The was perfect for our group of 11, including six adults and five kids. There was plenty of space for us all. The house was well furnished and well equipped. We rented a golf cart and it was an easy drive to the beach club, and the kids thought that was fun. Overall this was a great rental property. Sweetgrass was also a great company to work with. Overall this was a great vacation experience for our family. We plan to be back next summer!

The house felt more like a home than a vacation rental. Lots of personal stuff/pics in the home. It had everything you need for a great place to stay in Seabrook. Very good gas grill that we used almost every night. Close to the Crab Dock and easy to get to the beach or pool quickly. A short car ride or moderate bike ride away to everything.

The house was so perfect for our group of 13. Plenty of room to spread out & there are just so many good things to say about the place - inside & out! You will not be disappointed!The beach was just a short distance away & was a highlight! We did some of our own cooking & the kitchen is stocked very well! One evening we grilled fresh local shrimp -Fabulous!! Would definitely stay there again!! Rachael Ross was great in helping us get our reservation!!Thank you so much!! No complaints in working with any of the team!
