This home has a reverse floor-plan, which helps to maximize the views for the common areas.  On the second floor, you'll find the home's main living spaces, including two living rooms, formal dining room, breakfast bar and spacious kitchen with upgraded appliances and ample counter space.  The highlight of this floor are the abundance of windows that help capture the scenic views and natural light. You can also access the spacious open deck to dine outdoors or take in the salty breezes.  You may also enjoy relaxing on the screened in porch with your morning coffee and glass of wine in the evenings while watching the spectacular island sunset.

The master bedroom is located on the main second floor of the home, and it features a king bed, marsh views, and a private bathroom with standing shower & separate soaking tub.  Ascend the stairs to the third level of the home to find an additional bedroom, which offers a queen-sized bed and private bathroom.

The remaining three bedrooms are down on the first level of the property.  Two of the bedrooms have king beds and private bathroom. And the remaining room offer a queen size bed.

Be sure to stroll over to the Marsh Island Park lookout tower, located just 1/3 mile away, or rent bikes locally and enjoy riding the miles & miles of Resort bike paths.  The beach is just a short 15-minute bike ride away.  Kiawah Island is also known world-class golf, tennis, and fishing & crabbing.  Be sure to check out nature programs at Night Heron Park or plan a boat excursion at Bohicket Marina.  Additionally, you're only about 40 miles from downtown Charleston for a day of shopping, dining, and visiting historic landmarks.

Outside space overlooking the marsh is not usable! Both balconies are open and so mosquitos were rampant! The house would be perfect if the lower balcony was screened in! Also, very hard getting groceries in the house with no elevator! Over two stories high! The interior of the house was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed!

The home was beautiful. We had a group of couples and there was so much room! Beautiful views from every room. Sweet grass property was easy to work with.
