Description

Welcome to the luxurious 296 Marsh Cove! This impressive four bedroom coastal manor can be found along the marsh on Kiawah Island. Outside, a serene sanctuary with private saltwater pool and expansive outdoor living spaces. Inside, a designer's dream with stunningly beautiful interiors. You truly couldn't wish for more on your next island vacation!

On the main level of the home, you'll find a striking living area with tall, vaulted ceilings and carefully curated furnishings - offering the perfect place to gather after a long day of exploring gorgeous Kiawah Island. This space flows beautifully into the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and a large kitchen island, even the best home chefs will be delighted! The dining table offers seating for eight, with three more seats available at the kitchen bar. Also on the main level is an expansive primary suite, that is just as beautiful as it is spacious! With a king bed, it's own private sitting room with TV, and access to the pool deck. The en-suite features a large soaking tub, double vanities, and a standing shower.

Upstairs on the second level, there are three additional primary suites, along with another living space with TV to offer more options and convenience for your group. These three bedrooms include two rooms with king beds, and a third room with queen bed - all with their own private en-suite bathrooms! The king bedrooms share a lovely balcony that overlooks the lush island environment and the golf course. Downstairs, there is a bonus room with another sitting area and ping pong table. 

Outside, enjoy your own little oasis. Step out onto the screened porch with seating, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sound of birds chirping in the morning and crickets in the evenings (don't forget your beverage of choice while soaking it all in). This leads out onto another open-air deck space that flows into the pool area, with more seating for your group. Imagine coming home after a day full of enjoying the sun and sand to take a peaceful dip in your private saltwater pool as the sun sets behind you. The epitome of an island getaway!  The boardwalk to the beach is just a two mile bike ride away, where you'll find miles of unspoiled sandy beaches to revel in. 

With close proximity to stunning beaches, exclusive golf courses, and award-winning restaurants, you'll find little to no need to leave the island. But should you choose to, Historic Downtown Charleston is just a scenic forty minute drive away. So, if you're looking for a vacation rich in memories, beach days, history, and charm - look no further!

We were on Kiawah for a wedding and prefer renting a house with friends over staying in a hotel. This house worked out beautifully. It was very comfortable, updated, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you would need, and outside spaces are terrific. We will definitely keep this house on our list for future visits.

This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. The house was spacious enough for 4 families. Our only comment would be that the pool is smaller than it appears in photos.

Twenty five years in a row renting in Kiawah. So we have seen our share of rental homes in the island, maybe 10-12. Great location at the end of the cul-de-sac. Backs up to Osprey hole 4 tee box and fairway. Really nice open Layout and kitchen. We used the kitchen a great deal and found the set up to be more than adequate. No ice machine, just the freezer ice maker. The grill works fine. The master suite and all of the bedrooms were very comfortable. The furniture in the decor in the great room was beautiful. There is a very nice sitting area upstairs with a large TV that we used at night to watch movies. The upstairs carpet is a bit tired. The hard to reach outside windows in the great room were covered with mold and mildew and cobwebs. The pool was in good condition. The driveway is a single car driveway for the most part so we were constantly juggling cars. The location is overall very good. This house worked out very well for our family. We would rent again.

We stayed in this beautiful 4 bedroom home in June 2024. It was clean, modern, and very spacious. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath which was great. There is a large indoor dining table with seating for 10, and a very spacious kitchen. The pool was much smaller than we expected - it looks larger in the photos, but it was great for our kids to splash around in. Overall The house was lovely and we would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

By far, one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! The house is on a quiet residential street with gorgeous views of the marsh. The children loved the "Plunge Pool" on the deck, which added another layer of fun. There were plenty of places to escape to read, snooze or play board games. The house was very clean and organized with wonderful amenities. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed beach walks, bike rides, and even a day trip into Charleston. We can't wait to come back!!

Convenient to the island’s golf and beach amenities. The house has laid back beach vibes and lots of space for our big family. Our kids loved the private pool and we cooked family meals out on the patio grill area. There’s also a nice island off the kitchen for casual meals… Hard to beat the remote beach experience at Kiawah. We look forward to staying here again next summer!

My family and I including our two young girls had such an amazing time at Marsh Cove House this fall! Had everything we needed for our family and everything was exactly as described. Very easy communication with hosts. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!
