Welcome to Three Oaks!

This newly constructed Isle of Palms beach house is one of our most luxurious rental properties and is the perfect spot for your next vacation!  Situated less than 5 minutes walking to the beach via access paths at either 23rd or 25th Avenue, it seamlessly blends the desire for a new, contemporary home with a relaxing, coastal vibe.

The expansive main floor offers an open floorplan, ideal for entertaining and spending time with friends and family.  The spacious living room, which contains comfortable seating and large flat-screen TV, is enhanced by modern features like large windows, coffered ceiling and ship-lap walls.  The chef's kitchen is truly one to admire!  Some of its highlights are the generous butler’s pantry, new gas range, wine cooler, dual ovens, gorgeous cabinetry and countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a huge central island with four additional bar breakfast stools. The dining area has a farmhouse table with seating for ten.

The primary bedroom, which is also located on the main level of the home, offers a king bed and private bathroom with double sinks, shower, and soaking tub.  Adjacent to the primary bedroom is an office complete with working desk and loveseat with pull out. For convenience, there is a powder room (half-bath) and laundry room off these main living spaces.

There are three bedrooms located on the second floor of the home. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the large fourth bedroom features a king bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a sitting area. There are two full bathrooms, accessed via the hallway on this second level, for shared use.

Moving down to the basement level of the home, guests can find the fifth (and final) bedroom as well as the entertainment area. The bedroom on this level contains a queen size bed and private bathroom.  Enjoy the extra living room with a flat screen TV, ping pong, foosball, and small wet bar.  There is a second laundry room on this level, perfect for gathering towels after a day at the beach.

Heading outside, the beautiful oak trees are nestled all around. The upper deck is perfect to enjoy a meal outside. There is a grill as well as an outdoor dining area for year-round enjoyment. There is also a screened in porch with comfortable seating and outdoor TV. The lower outdoor patio deck is one of the most special areas of the home.  It features a covered outdoor bar area with counter stools, a porch swing for lazy afternoons, and a seating area, ideal for late night conversations and taking in the salty air.  Step out into the backyard oasis to enjoy a swim in the new private pool or improve your golf skills on the new the putting green!

Because of its central location on the island, you can also walk to the grocery store or local shops & island restaurants! And to round out your vacation in the LowCountry, the Isle of Palms is just a quick 30 minute drive from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

*Notice:  This house is not a party house and events are not allowed.  We want you to enjoy your visit and have a good time, but please be mindful of your noise level and occupancy allowances. Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM.  No more than 12 adults should be occupying the home. Also, please be respectful of the property furnishings, amenities, and neighboring homes.  If policies are not adhered to, fines may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home.  Thank you for helping us continue to provide a safe, clean, enjoyable home for all future renters.

Very spacious 5 bedroom home. Was perfect for our family of 10. You can really spread out or be together. Great layout and decor. Everything you could possibly need in a rental really. The best part was the pool and the outdoor area under the deck which we ended up every evening. Proximity to the beach was good. Short walk. We rented a golf cart and that made hauling items to and from the beach even easier. The house was clean upon arrival and very comfortable. Although there are houses very close to this one it was always pretty quiet and we were able to relax outside in the fenced in area. We had never been to IOP and it was a great new place to visit. This house made it even better. We’d stay there again.

I loved absolutely everything. You guys were quick to respond and the house was clean and easy to enjoy. It would be nice to have full size soaps, pump at sinks but that’s the only improvement I have. The house and entire process was AMAZING

Couldn’t have been better for our large group. It was in perfect condition when we arrived and had everything we could have needed for our stay. There were several beach chairs we were able to use for the beach and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to make meals (minus seasonings oils etc which you will need to buy). The location could not have been better literally minutes from the grocery store, the beach, and restaurants. When leaving the house we all agreed we would 100% come back to stay at this house! The management company was also extremely friendly and helpful. I am so glad we went through this company rather than booking through Airbnb. Overall, it was a great experience and perfect house for our girls trip!

Loved the home! We had a group of 8 had plenty of space. The amenities are excellent - enough of everything. The master bathroom was really a treat and what you have done with the back is also lovely. Only sorry we could not use the pool. Thank you so very much!

We had the best time stay at 2307 Hartnett Blvd. Not only is the house beautiful and well decorated on the inside, the outside is just as beautiful. The porches with the trees growing through, the pool, outdoor entertainment area, just perfect! Loved everything about the house and hated to leave. Highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return for another stay!

We had a wonderful stay at 3 Oaks. This house had every amenity and was a great base for our family who was in town for a wedding in Mt. Pleasant. There was plenty of space to spread out and we were close to the grocery store and restaurants. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Wonderful property!

We enjoyed a week-long stay at Three Oaks on Isle of Palms with three generations of our family. The home is new, spacious, and well-appointed. The location is an easy four-block walk to the water, including the sandy block through the dunes at 23rd Street. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and high quality linens and the hot water was sufficient for five simultaneous showers. Two laundry rooms and fully stocked chef's kitchen handled our large family perfectly. The outdoor shower and adjacent storage made sure the beach stayed outside. We had a bit of trouble with the NEST thermostats resetting and waking us up hot or cold, so make sure to ask about this early in your stay. Sweetgrass is very responsive and helpful as long as you call early on; they won't come out to help toward the end of your stay. Overall, Three Oaks is a lovely property in a lovely location.
