Description

Tucked away into the dunes of the 7th green of the Ocean Winds Course, this elegant 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home on Seabrook Island is the perfect island oasis. The home is a great spot to experience the Seabrook Island life and see the vast array of wildlife and nature.

When you enter the home, there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. Just off the entryway, you'll find a formal dining room which seats 6 guests, and a formal sitting room. From there, you then walk into the fully equipped kitchen and living room. Enjoy full golf course views throughout this area from the floor to ceiling windows or easily access the back deck and expansive screened in porch. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The home also has complimentary Wi-Fi. The fully-equipped kitchen is updated with a large center island and abundant cabinet space. It is the perfect spot to whip up a delicious southern meal.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the home. The large master suite (Bedroom #1) features a king size bed and private ensuite bathroom. There is also a desk for reading or working and it has access to the screened in porch. The other two guest bedrooms (Bedrooms #2 and #3) have one queen and one king bed, respectively, and each have their own private bathrooms. The last bedroom (Bedroom #4) is on the second floor above the garage. It features a king bed, TV, and it has a private bathroom.

The home comes with a full-access amenity card to the Lake House and Beach Club pools (some fees apply for additional amenities), and is just a short walk to the beach- about 15-20 minutes.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

Our family had a wonderful week at 2611 High Hammock. Roomy and built for entertaining! The golf cart rental was a game-changer for us. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for a well-positioned property on this wonderful island!

We had 3 families in the house with 3 younger children and were very comfortable. The air conditioning in the master suite was not working and the property management company responded quickly and our vacation was not impacted. We have rented this house for two years in a row and have not been disappointed. :-)

Thanks to All who made our stay an enjoyable one! There are suggestions/ . Consider handicapped ramp for entering and exiting. (We brought portable after discovery) . Repair Lock Box. It was lying on porch mat when we arrived. . Explain how the front door works for locking. Note: The key did not work. (We regret having to call Emergency number twice. Both responders were very courteous and prompt . One of our guests questioned the strip the bed policy. Note: I do the same when we have overnight guests)!! . Overall, an enjoyable time was had by All. Would definitely return should we desire to revisit area.

This was our second time at this property. Convenient location on the island. Well-appointed kitchen. Spacious. Nice screened in porch and deck with grill. Nice view of the 7th green on Ocean Winds, but still tucked away and feels private.

Great place and awesome location. Very clean! Take advantage of the low speed vehicle. We have a family of four and the house could easily accommodate 2 families. We will return ASAP. Thank you

Overall a very nice house with plenty of room for a family of 5. The master is huge, kitchen was well supplied, and the screened porch in back is large and a great space to hang out. The location within the community is relatively close to the pool, beach, and outdoor dining area. We had a couple minor issues that Sweetgrass was quick to respond to and resolve. A note of caution is that the driveway has a slight bend and makes it tight coming off the street. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was just as described and matched pictures. Peaceful location with plenty of seating spaces, 3 King bedroom wings to allow our group of 3 women to spread out or come together. Kitchen was well equipped to let is cook at the home. We enjoyed seeing deer and birds on the property. We enjoyed our island home.

The master bathroom could use some hooks to hang wet towels. I do hope you caution people about the driveway. Bigger vehicles would have a very difficult time getting in. Otherwise we had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. Had lamps so people who read had light. We had a great time.

The house was so roomy (bedrooms are large, Primary is HUGE) and yet had a very cozy feel. The Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for large meals. The home Sits right on top of the 7th Green of the Ocean Course, plenty of golfer watching. Very short Golf cart ride to the beach for morning coffee and daily walks. Great Value that met all expectations. and as a bonus DEER every Day in the Yard!!
