Newly renovated in 2022, you'll find beautiful new flooring, granite countertops, luxury fixtures, and brand new furnishings throughout. They have also remodeled the bathrooms in Fall of 2023. 

When you enter the villa, you'll notice the airy, fully-equipped kitchen on your left. From there, step through to the open living & dining area, which is beautifully and professionally decorated - and with comfortable seating for the entire group! The living area opens to a stunning screened patio with panoramic views of the fairway.  Also with access to the patio is the primary king bedroom, complete with TV, workspace, and en-suite bathroom. Across the hall from the primary suite, you'll find the second bedroom, furnished with two twin beds and located next to the another full bathroom. 

Another notable feature included with this getaway is access to the nearby Beach Club, with oceanfront pools and dining options - only confirming that there is truly something for everyone available on your vacation! Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Seabrook Business License # 2024-1620

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

The view from the covered porch was beautiful and serene. It was very clean, and the master bed was very comfortable. We had everything that we need for a relaxing stay. Check in and check out was super easy! The area is woodsy with varied wildlife, and it is not a long walk to the beach. There is parking close to the beach in case you do not want to walk which is nice. We could not figure out dining nor get anyone to answer the phone at Pelican’s Nest, so I’m not sure if renters are able to eat at that facility. You are not very far from Freshfields Village, where you can shop dine and purchase groceries. It is gated which is nice! I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

Everything was as expected. The process of registering vehicles was a bit cumbersome and too restrictive. Living room furniture is in need of upgrade, chairs very uncomfortable. Kitchen was great, new appliances and accessories. Will highly consider renting again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the rental was quiet with all the necessary things. The beds were super comfortable! The showers definitely need updating but worked fine. We wouldn’t say this is small kid-friendly (we have a 2 and 4yo) due to having to hide away some decor and they kept hurting themselves on the coffee table. The porch is really nice- would be better with a 4 seater short table to have dinners outside. A grill would be great too. The rental is not walking distance to pools or beach. This was our first vacation here (we usually go to Kiawah) and we plan to return to Kiawah over Seabrook Island. We really didn’t love the Beach Club pool area and preferred the Lakehouse pool for the kids and being able to take a cooler instead of spending so much for snacks and drinks.

Our family stayed at 461 Golf Shore in July 2023. Overall the place was beautifully appointed. The beds were by far the most comfortable we have ever slept in at a rental. The screened in deck area had amazing views of the golf course. It was clean and comfortable with an excellent location not far from the beach. The sole complaint was the showers. While there are two showers/bathrooms, we quickly found out on day 1, you cannot use both showers at the same time as one will turn ice cold. It really defeated the purpose of having two showers for us. In addition, the showers are also very outdated. The sliding glass doors in the master bath stuck all week and at the end of the week fell off the track. The property manager did fix it right away and was very responsive. I would simply suggest updating the hot water heater so both showers can run at the same time and updating the sliding glass door to the master bath at a minimum but really the both showers need updating in their entirety to match the rest of this beautifully updated condo. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this condo.

Loved the accommodations and amenities available! Great location; very quiet and private! Only suggestion would be to update the shower/bathtub and toilets in each bathroom. Hope to come back soon:)

In waiting too long to book a summer vacation with my 3 and 6 year old, I feared we might have missed the boat. Luckily when searching one night, I happened upon this wonderful condo on Seabrook Island. I inquired immediately and got a response from Sweetgrass Properties quickly. They were wonderful and patient as I fired off a few rounds of email questions. We booked the place and could not be more thrilled with our stay. Seabrook Properties went above and beyond with a request I had made. They were very available to answer questions as well. The condo itself felt like home. Fantastic place, well stocked kitchen. Spent most of our indoor time on the screened in porch. Decorated fabulously! The island itself was magical. Horses that let you pet them, several pools to choose from, flat beach for my kids to run around, wildlife everywhere and very kind, too! It was a trip that we will remember, for a long long time. And we are already talking about going back to "the condo"

Beautifully renovated and decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked with lots of new dishes, silver and pots/pans. Everything was in pristine condition. The location on the golf course was perfect- and quite beautiful. Close to Beach Club. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
