There is another wonderful oceanfront patio as well - so no one in the group will miss out on the breathtaking views! All bathrooms are newly updated and bedrooms have brand new furniture! 

Lastly, you'll find yourself on the third level where the King Master Suite resides; an expansive and beautiful room with a private oceanfront balcony. It also boasts a gorgeous, updated master bathroom, sitting area, and wet bar for convenience! Truly fit for a King (and Queen!). 

This home has something for everyone. A wonderful floor plan, a plethora of outdoor seating, the convenience of being oceanfront, and the luxury of being fully renovated! Not to mention that this is the perfect location within the resort! You can easily walk over to the Grand Pavilion pools, Boardwalk Hotel, and Village. *Please be aware all Grand Pavilion homes are near Wild Dunes Resort facilities, that occasionally host outdoor gatherings for conferences and weddings in their event spaces. We are not given a schedule and all of the events are managed by the Resort. There is a noise ordinance in effect weekdays until 10PM, and weekends through 11PM.*

House is in perfect location to enjoy the beach, pools, restaurants and walking/biking IOP. Views are incredible. Perfect for our family vacay. Elevator most helpful. It is more dated than the pictures show but beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the open roomy living area and large outdoor porches too.

This home is in an excellent location. Right on the beach and steps to the water made for easy in and easy out! Close to pools, dining, shopping, boating, and other activities. Overall nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Bedrooms accommodated everyone nicely and beds comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and tools for cooking. I will say that for the amount we paid there are minimal essentials. Supplying a larger quantity of toilet paper and paper towels (only 1 of each are provided), dish towels (comes with 1), plastic wrap and foil etc would have been very helpful!! As well as basic spices etc. Additionally providing beach chairs and umbrellas would have been very helpful. We rented them but again for what we paid this should be included. Unfortunately the cable, Wi-Fi and internet were down the entire week.

Highly recommend this beautiful home. The ocean views on each level were spectacular! The kitchen is spacious and stocked with everything you may need to create wonderful meals. The ice maker was perfect when making up some frozen tropical drinks. The home was clean and very inviting. We look forward to making 57 Grand Pavilion an annual family getaway.

Location fantastic! Twin bed in one bedroom is slanted and must be broken somewhere. Blinds difficult to adjust but once we figured it out, all went well. Overall, I would stay here again.
