    Having vacations at Kiawah Island have always been enjoyable but this time was a special treat The unit was clean and beautifully decorated - every room was fresh and looked like it came out of a magazine. Everything was provided and the views were amazing. A deer and a fawn passed by earlier and what a delight. This is by far the best villa we have stayed at in Kiawah and can’t wait to come back.

    We had a great stay. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of seating in living room. King bed was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. ️ We would stay here again! I can only think of one thing we needed-a step by step guide to the TV and remotes (for my technology challenged husband ). Truthfully, I did not check the notebook to see if there was information about it in there though.

    This is an amazing 3 bedroom with 3 full bathrooms. The open concept allows everyone to interact while relaxing in the sun-filled family room and newly remodeled kitchen. The location is about a three minute walk to the beach or to Cougar golf course and restaurant. We will definitely come here again.

    we adored this house! it was the perfect size for our family with room to spare. we LOVED the sectional and would often watch Wimbledon together so everyone had a place to sit comfortably, which hasn't always been the case in a smaller home. we loved the kitchen and fixed the majority of our meals here. each bedroom was nicely set up and each had an ensuite. we love this location and really enjoyed the small deck each morning for coffee and wildlife. this homes proximity to the beach could not be better, we love how close it is and walked the short walk each day. we would go to the beach during the day, a long bike ride all over the island (50 miles total!), home to make dinner and then a nightly beach walk. the location is like the hidden gem of kiawah, the beach access is not at all crowded! we LOVE it!! and the neighborhood is quiet and sweet too! the house has some fun touches like games, books and beach chairs/umbrella. sweetgrass was always available when we asked for a hose to be brought to the house so we didnt track sand inside. my only issues, with renting from sweetgrass, are that there aren't any (what I would consider) standard items like Tupperware, salt, pepper, Saran Wrap, general spices, oil, cooking spray, etc. it just seems those items should be available in any home so youre not having to pack up your entire pantry to bring on vacation. we bought several of the items and left them, hopefully for the next guests use. thank you sweetgrass again for a wonderful vacation! we keep coming back every year!!
