This beautifully-furnished villa overlooks a lagoon, is surrounded by nature, and is just a short five minute walk away from the beach - making it the perfect space for your next getaway. 

Comprised of two floors, on the first you will find the gathering spaces. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open in concept and flow together beautifully. Also on the first level is the first of three bedrooms - a queen suite with attached bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the second level: one bedroom consists of a king primary suite with attached bathroom, and the final bedroom sleeps four guests in two twin beds that each have a twin trundle. Outside on the back porch, enjoy the serenity of the surrounding foliage, fauna, and a lagoon view (and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee). 

You'll find yourself immersed in the Kiawah lifestyle as soon you arrive, and you'll leave with memories of a vacation that you could never forget. We can't wait to host!

    Well equipped, quiet, comfortable and in good shape. One thing to look at is while A/C keeps things cool it does not reduce humidity.

    This was a very nice home with good amenities. It did need a better vacuum cleaner and the microwave was broken upon arrival. We were thankfully provided both a vacuum cleaner and microwave by Sweetgrass Properties. They also came to fix a few items like a broken chair for the dining room table and the door knob to the back deck. It would have been nice if the back deck chairs and table were in better condition to use safely. The home did provide some games and nice furnishings which made our stay during hurricane Debby all the more enjoyable. Overall, it was a nice place and our family had a good time.

    Our family enjoyed this unit, the location at West Beach, & the lagoon behind it! We had a deer & much wildlife that visited the backyard every evening! The unit was clean, well equipped ( does need more bowls…) & quiet. We’ve vacationed at Kiawah for many years- & working with Sweetgrass was a pleasure- thanks so much for your hospitality!

    I was so impressed with how clean, well appointed & beautiful this little gem of a house was. We especially loved the South facing living/dining rooms, nice little outdoor space and the overall layout of the spaces. The Sweetgrass team were responsive and helpful, top notch service !

    Beautiful townhouse....lovely furnishings and very clean. Only negative comment ....the staircase to the upper level did not have a runner on it...which made it quite dangerous....
