Welcome to 476 Fiddlers Reach where you can truly enjoy the best of Kiawah Island.  Located in the desirable Oceanwoods neighborhood just off one of premier streets in West Beach, this charming three bedroom cottage is just a short 3-minute stroll over the ocean and incredible sandy shores!  With updated interior and fantastic outdoor spaces to make the most of your scenic surroundings, you'll find it to be the ideal spot to spend your Charleston beach or golf vacation. 

You'll enter the home into the living and dining space. Both open in concept with plenty of seating for the group. The kitchen is just off of the dining room, and is fully-equipped and recently updated! The bedrooms include a king primary suite with private bathroom, a bedroom with both a full-size bed and a twin bed, as well as a room with two twins. The latter two share a hallway bathroom. 

Prefer to relax or dine outside? Enjoy the new sectional sofa on the screened porch for your meal or your morning coffee.  Or take in the sunshine on the outdoor patio deck, which has a grill, outdoor dining table, and more seating with a view of the lagoon.  From either spot, the scenic lagoon behind the home invites the sights and sounds of the Lowcountry and you might even see some local wildlife like birds or alligators!

Beautiful villa 300 steps to beach

A short walk to boardwalk 16; beautiful updated villa and screened in porch. So nice. I gave the rating a “good” vs “excellent” as there were minimal extras ( dishwasher detergent, paper towels, body wash was empty in a bathroom, 2 rolls TP). It’s a little thing, but makes a stay for this price point a little nicer. Just know you will have to bring or buy. Overall a fabulous property!

We’ve vacationed at Kiawah for almost 50 years, and Ocean Woods is our favorite neighborhood! It’s one of the oldest communities on the island, and we have occasionally rented a cottage that showed its age. Not this one! Beautifully updated and equipped with everything you might need. I beautiful, comfortable cottage in a perfect location close to the beach and the bike trails.

This beach cottage was in a perfect location just steps from the beach. It is clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our weeklong two-family vacation. The deck and/or screened in porch overseeing the lagoon are great for relaxing and seeing wildlife. We will definitely stay here again!

This updated cottage is clean and comfortable and was a perfect home away from home. It is steps away from the beach and the lagoon views from the deck and screen room are beautiful. We relaxed in the evenings watching wildlife. Definitely would stay here again.

Of all the AirBnB properties I have stayed at - this is by far our favorite. It ranks above all for cleanliness, access to the beach, convenience, little touches and overall amenities.
