Welcome to 1729 Fiddlers Cove! This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath town-home with modern upgrades is nestled in a serene coastal setting with dock access, community pool, and breathtaking views of the marsh, Horseshoe Creek and Bohicket River.

Entering the home, you'll discover modern decor with a coastal southern flair, hardwood floors and tons of natural light. The open floor-plan of the main living space and kitchen provides an ideal spot for entertaining. The fully-equipped renovated kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space and cabinet storage. Perhaps the most special spot is the screened porch, located just off the living room. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the scenic views and island breezes or evening dinners with family and friends at the outdoor dining table.

There is one bedroom on the first level of the home which features a queen bed and a semi-private bath (sharing door access with the hallway). Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom as well as a third bedroom, which is the primary suite. This room has a king bed, a private top-floor porch, and a private bathroom with large closet, expansive shower and heated tile floors.

For those looking to get outside, there is a nearby neighborhood pool and the community dock offers easy access to fishing, kayaking, and crabbing adventures. The home is within walking distance to the Equestrian Center and the fitness center, library and indoor heated pool at the island Lake House. You may also enjoy the amenities of the Seabrook Island Club as this property has access to the oceanfront pools, restaurants, golf, and tennis (daily or weekly fees will apply). And best of all, the beautiful sandy beaches are just a few miles away. With a golf cart available for rent, exploring the island's natural beauty and amenities is a breeze.

Seabrook Island Rental License #: 2024-1751

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access could potentially change for future years.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Overall

We had a great time at Fiddlers Cove. The property was very clean, well maintained, and nicely appointed. Had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Screened balcony was everyone’s favorite spot in the house, with gorgeous views of the marsh and sunsets. Location was convenient for lake pool access, which was a lot less crowded than beach pool. Ended up not using the amenity cards that we purchased and likely wouldn’t do so in the future since we ended up spending most of our time at the beach and lake pool. Golf cart transpiration was fun, and added to vacation vibe.

We had a wonderful stay! The view is amazing. The villa was very clean and comfortable with lots of natural light and plenty of space. The golf cart was great to take the beach and beach club. We also enjoyed the dock and community pool. We hope to be back again!

The Fiddlers' Cove condo was awesome! Can't imagine a more beautiful view or a better equipped home. It was spotless when we arrived. Because we had to dress for a formal wedding while we were there, my suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror somewhere, and a lighted makeup mirror in one of the bathrooms. Also - we got locked out on the screened in porch and had to call Sweetgrass. Maybe leave a key hidden somewhere out there? Compliments to the owners for sharing their beautiful home and especially for welcoming dogs! We would love to rent 1729 again, and will most certainly rent through Sweetgrass.

We absolutely loved the property! Very well equipped, comfy beds and enough room for 6 & dogs! Decor was nice, 3 full baths were key but the carport/garage was awesome. Open up the rear door to garage to a grassy area and the views of the marsh was incredible. 15 min golf cart ride to the Seabrook Club with bar, restaurant, beautiful pool and sandy beachside area with lounge chairs! Honestly the best part of the club was getting there by cart driving under all the huge Oaks with Spanish Moss dangling! This was a great property close to the entrance, tennis facility & indoor pool facility. Marsh views from the deck were incredible and Sweetgrass was super helpful with easy access! Make sure you rent the owners cart you will get your $ worth!
