Description

This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home on Seabrook is the perfect island oasis with fantastic tidal marsh views extending from the Kiawah River. It is a great spot to experience the Seabrook Island life and see the vast array of wildlife and nature.  The back deck extends the length of the house with sliding doors in kitchen, great room and bedrooms.  A perfect place to enjoy coffee and watch the deer and birds wander through the marsh!  

When you enter the home, you are greeted with coastal décor and natural light. The marsh views expand from most of the home, including four of the bedrooms. The living room has a 65” mounted flat screen TV to relax after a long island day. Watch any of your favorite channels, or even use your personal log-ins on the Smart TV. Enjoy the Sonos surround system throughout the home and complimentary Wi-Fi. There is an bonus sitting room as well to further enjoy conversations or curl up with a good book.

The kitchen has been fully remodeled with new appliances including two double ovens. The gorgeous kitchen island is the perfect spot to prep a delicious low country meal. It is fully equipped with an espresso maker, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. There is an additional beverage cooler that holds 24 wine bottles or 48 cans as well. The eat-in kitchen dining table seats 6 guests and also features a 42” mounted flat-screen TV. The central island boasts 3 additional bar stools. *Please note the fireplace in the kitchen/dining area is not for guest use.*

Enjoy your favorite movie, sports or show on the 65" flat screen in the great room with surround sound speakers.  

Four of the five bedrooms are on the first floor. There are a total of three master suites with King beds,  ensuite bathrooms, and each has impeccable marsh views and access to the expansive deck. Two of these master suites are located on the first level of the home, while the third master suite is on the second floor and has a private balcony with lounge chairs. Also on the first floor, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds and shares a bathroom with the final fifth bedroom, which has two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds.

When you take a walk outside, the back deck has teak furniture to enjoy the endless nature views. There is a 4-burner Weber grill for your grilling needs. The marsh views are so special and you will want to spend your vacation taking in the coastal air and enjoying the outdoors. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long beach day.  The owners have just installed a putting green under the house to enjoy anytime of the day or night! 

Make memories on Seabrook with all that there is to do! This home includes 2 kayaks for guest use, and there is a great area for crabbing and kayaking just a short 5 minute walk away! You can launch kayaks here or enjoy the dock for fishing or crabbing. The dock is right off of Captain Sam's Road behind the fire station on the Kiawah River. 

For first-timers, or if you are new to kayaking in the Kiawah River, we recommend first taking a guided tour at Mingo Point, just one mile away. Learn about the tide cycles and currents, and how to navigate in the marshes. The naturalists will give you a fascinating understanding of all that is going on in the marsh! You can also rent kayaks locally on the island.

Enjoy the new putting green or take advantage of the property's new golf cart!  So many fun amenities to enjoy!

The home comes with an access to an amenity card to the Lake House and Beach Club pools (daily or weekly fees will apply). The beach is just a 8-10 minute bike ride or easy drive, and the Island House and Beach Club are about a 12-14 minute bike ride. You could also rent the home's golf cart for easier access around the island.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

This was a terrific spot to gather with our grown children and their families. The space is tremendous, there are lots of extras that we enjoyed, it was beautifully equipped and very comfy. By way of improvement, we would advise someone to check the railing around the deck, especially by the (adorable) children's table--needs repair. Checking in was inordinately laborious, which we gather is a function of some new systems for the island, generally; it took me several personal calls and stops at three different places (near each other, but man!) to get the passes and amenity cards. Seems unduly complicated; I had thought it was only I who was confused, but some of the people I spoke with at the offices were, too. Anyhoo, a lovely stay and ideal for multiple families, with three entire main bedroom suites.

Loved the house! Very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Sound system was amazing. We had a wedding at seabrook and this house was great for family and friends. Highly recommend this house for ur visit and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed the month of February and had a wonderful time. The house is great for a group, the neighborhood quiet and lovely. Lots of great golf around. The property manager and staff at Sweetgrass really couldn't have been nicer or more responsive, they took care of the few small things and questions we had quickly and kindly. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Tidewater! It's a great house for multiple families with the three master suites. The view from the back deck is beautiful and the house was clean and well updated. Having the golf cart available for rent was an added perk. Working with Sweetgrass was easy and everyone was so accommodating. We'll be back!

House is perfect for group trip. We all had our own space. Very comfortable beds. The large kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Seabrook Island Club is beautiful and just a 5 minute drive by car. The golf cart was a nice added feature. We’ll be back!!!

I have stayed at this house multiple times and keep coming back because it is exactly what we need. It is very spacious, clean, has modern amenities, is close to many different activities, and the available golf cart is super handy for getting back and forth to the beach with all the "toys" or just tooling around the island.

My family and I stayed here in December. The home was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the golf cart for trips to the beach and it was perfect to keep our cars from getting sandy. We loved staying here and will definitely be booking in the future!

We had a wonderful week with the family on Seabrook. We certainly appreciated your fast responses to the AC issues which took 2 different service calls. The house was very clean and well suited to young children. The kitchen was a great size for cooking and hanging around and so bright with all the windows.  We would rent again for sure!

Our family stay at Deer Point exceeded our expectations. From the clean and well taken care of property, to the amenities such as the golf cart rental option, Sonos music system and the central location on the island and many other positives. Close to the crabbing dock and other fishing locations. Definitely invest in the golf cart rental if you want to enjoy the beaches! The large back porch allows you to watch the wildlife in the marsh and still get the coastal breeze feel.

Tidewater has been completely renovated. Everything is clean and new! The interior design, appliances and linens are both lovely and functional. The bedroom and bathroom layout is perfect for a multi-family vacation home! Access to the community pool made the trip even better. Easy beach access and parking. Everything is so close. Can’t wait to return!

Nothing better than starting the day with coffee on the deck over the marsh and ending the day there with cocktails! Our kids loved the bunk beds and our king suite was super comfy! All the amenities offered at the Seabrook Island Club really made our vacation great! House was beautiful, spacious and very private. Kitchen was well appointed, with even an espresso maker and waffle maker. We can't wait for a return trip!

My family and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend in this beautiful home in Seabrook Island. I cannot day enough good things about this vacation home. The mattresses were so comfortable. We had 3 families and each of us had our own king bed with beautiful views of the marsh with sliding glass doors out onto the private deck! The children had their own rooms, which was great. TV was great. And the sound system really tied together our trip! Cannot wait to go back!

The home was beautiful , clean, and had everything we needed for our stay with our large extended family. The kitchen was very well equipped the owners forgot nothing. Having coffee on the deck in the morning with the fabulous views of the marsh was like a dream. We saw many types of wildlife which was very special. Grocery stores and other necessary stores are close by. The island and the beach are so much fun can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having us.
