Welcome to 2931 Deer Point Drive, your dream luxury beach vacation home on Seabrook Island!  This stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom brand new build is making its debut as one of our premier rental properties, offering an unparalleled experience of coastal elegance and relaxation.

- Separate mother-in-law suite, accessible from the front porch area, offers added privacy and convenience for extended family or guests seeking their own space to relax and unwind.

There are three bedrooms located on the first floor of the main home (king bed, queen bed, and queen bed), each with their own private bathrooms.  Accessible from the first floor porch is the unique stand-alone mother-in-law suite (queen bed), which has a private bathroom and it's own porch area.  Lastly, there is one bedroom on the second level (two twins) which has access to the nearby semi-private hallway bathroom.

For those seeking to take advantage of the island life, Seabrook Island offers something for everyone.  Indulge in resort-style amenities with access to club pools, golf courses, tennis courts, and fitness center.  There's even an equestrian center, a library and a crabbing dock.  Most importantly, the incredible beaches are just a short bike ride away.  And don't miss the boat tours at Bohicket Marina or the local restaurants and shopping at Freshfields Village!  And for those looking for a little history, Charleston is an easy 45 minute drive.

Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

this place is stunning, enough space for a large family and the mother-in-law suite is an added bonus. everything we needed was already in the home, and being in such close proximity to groceries, restaurants, the pool and the beach made things stress-free. rent the LSV! we took that little thing everywhere. it was an incredible stay and the best trip for our little guys!

Everything was spectacular! We were so impressed with the cleanliness, newness and quality over and beyond what we expected. The well stocked kitchen and high end appliances were unbelievable. The house is beautifully designed and accommodations are top of the line. The golf cart was fantastic in our excursions around the island. We had a wonderful boat rental excursion at Bohicket Marina. Best beach shell hunt. We had a horse drawn historic tour in Charleston. And we enjoyed the Beach Club and Lake House facilities. Palmetto dining was one of our best. Outdoor lounging on the deck in super comfortable patio furniture was one of our favorites for fun and game night. And the scenery from the deck was relaxing. All 8 of us had comfortable beds and we had all we needed to an extravagant degree. We will definitely come back to enjoy and highly recommend. Thank you to Sweetgrass Properties who informed us so well and hats off to the house owners who built such a beautiful house!

Our family spent a long weekend in Charleston and were so pleased to stay at 2931 Deer Point during our vacation. The house was absolutely immaculate and every detail had been accounted for. The decor is clean and modern with a twist of southern charm that makes the property feel very welcoming. The community is quiet, beautiful and conveniently situated near a few ocean access points. We will absolutely be back!
