With 6 bedrooms and sought-after views of the Turtle Point Golf Course, this spacious home is perfect for multiple families or large groups looking for the ultimate Charleston beach getaway. Having recently completed a full renovation, this property boasts new furnishings & appliances and a modern, coastal design aesthetic. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide a truly unforgettable experience.

The first level of the home features all of the living space that you could need. A modern living area with beautiful furnishings, a spacious sunroom with floods of natural light, and a beautifully renovated kitchen with high-end appliances. Enjoy two dining spaces with seating for six and eight, respectively. The first bedroom can be found on this main floor, and features two king beds with a stunning en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are also on the first floor, both with king beds.  One of the rooms has a private bath and the other uses a shared bathroom (on first floor) with bedroom 4.  Bedroom number four has it's own private staircase from the dining room, where you'll find a twin-over-full bunk. Upstairs on the second level are the remaining two bedrooms; both with king beds. One having a private bathroom, and the other with shared bathroom. 

Rent bikes and take in the natural beauty and the abundance of bike trails on Kiawah. Enjoy the miles of sandy beaches along the Atlantic Ocean using any of Kiawah's accessible beach boardwalks. Go shopping at Freshfields Village or plan a boat trip or fishing excursion from Bohicket Marina. This home was the perfect home for our family vacation. We had plenty of space to spread out and comfortable beds for every family member. I loved how the rooms were spread out across the house so that early risers wouldn’t wake up the ones who sleep in. The cleaning staff had so many meticulous and special details upon arrival that made you immediately feel welcome. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and there are two large tables to sit around. Sweetgrass Properties was great to work with and quickly sent maintenance over to fix the disposer in the sink when we discovered it wasn’t working. We will definitely be back to 48 Cotton Hall to make more special memories with our family.

We were very impressed with the home, the area, and especially with Sweetgrass Properties. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely functional and is well-designed for large groups. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to cook full meals. Sweetgrass responded immediately to all correspondence. The area offers a lot of activities. The beach is only 5 minutes away by vehicle. Charleston is only 45 minutes away. I highly recommend this vacation home and Sweetgrass Properties.

This was an amazing experience for my family and me. Sweetgrass Vacation Rentals was very communicative and responsive. Their instructions were clear and check-in was simple and easy. 48 Cotton Hall is a wonderful property! It has everything you need. to relax and enjoy your stay. The massive kitchen is well-stocked. The bedrooms/bathrooms, furniture, and decor are perfect for a comfortable experience. This area is beautiful with plenty of outdoor activities to choose from. I am so grateful we chose this property to celebrate my wife's birthday.
