Welcome to 4056 Bridle Trail on Seabrook Island! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located on near the entrance of the Resort, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the equestrian center, the Lake House, and local shopping and restaurants. Comfortable and family-friendly, this property's most notable features are the modern and updated interiors, a coastal (yet cozy) design concept, and the southern-style porch - perfect for enjoying a coastal breeze outside with the family.

On the main floor you'll find the living room, kitchen, and dining room - with an open concept great for entertaining. The first of three bedrooms can be found right off of the living room space. The bedroom is a king primary suite, complete with a TV and a private bathroom with beautifully tiled shower.

The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. The first of these top floor bedrooms features a queen bed, and shares a Jack N' Jill bathroom with the third and final bedroom. This bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds.The home also has Bluetooth Sonos speaker capabilities and WiFi TV in 2 of the bedrooms to access all streaming services.

Pop down into the garage and you will find a fun space for the whole family. There is a ping pong table, fitness equipment, corn-hole set, and some beach equipment for guests to use. Additionally, the owner's 6-seater golf cart is available to rent for your vacation for a fee. This is the perfect transportation method to get you down to the beach, which is a less than two miles from the house. Give us a call to inquire about the home's golf cart!

All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

House is incredible and close to the entrance onto the island. House was stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend including the use of the golf cart with the stay. It was fun to use for transportation around the island and to the beach. Sweetgrass properties was quick to respond to questions we had and even dropped off a charger to the television remote which we were unable to locate. This is a great property and will stay there again.

Overall

We are a family of 4 + grandpa from Charlotte. Our kids are 5 and 3. This could not be a more perfect house for us! The golf cart has made the trip- the kids love it and we can get to the beach quickly. Meal time is easy with a super stocked kitchen and the house I updated and clean. Perfect experience and we will be back!
