Gorgeous, Peaceful, Relaxing Retreat!

I cannot begin to say enough nice things about the condo itself, as well as Sweetgrass property management! I stayed in this beautiful retreat for two weeks. Upon walking in, I felt so much peace and calm. The decor and views are absolutely stunning. The unit was clean and very well stocked. As others have mentioned, the kitchen is a chefs dream! I look forward to being able to rent as soon as possible again!

Great location in-between Seabrook Island Racquet Club, Salty Dog restaurant and Freshfield Village. Couldn't ask for a better location on the marina and boardwalk. Wonderful unit, extremely well-furnished and nicely stocked kitchen. Beautiful corner unit with great view! Would definitely stay again!

From the moment you walk in you can tell that it is not an average rental. Owners love this place and are willing to share. Best stocked kitchen my husband and I have ever seen! Even with just the two of us we could appreciate how lovely the two sets of washers and dryers and additional bathroom would be if we had come with friends. Rainy day, the living room couch calls to you while watching the wildlife and tidal changes. Proximity to Freshfields made a huge difference as we are usually a 20 minute drive from either Seabrook or Kiawah Island. We will be back!

This property has recently been renovated. It boasts beautiful views and a lovely screened porch, where we spent most of our time. The bottlenose dolphins joined us in the nearby waters each evening putting on a spectacular show right from our porch. The kitchen is well appointed with more than we could have asked for. The Master Suite was fantastic with its own W/D unit and closet area. The new decor is mostly white. That may be an issue if you have kids with you. This end unit is so private and relaxing. We did have some maintenance issues that were addressed asap. We would recommend this property. We plan to return soon.

This unit is beautiful. The design is modern and the furniture is very high end. It has a wonderful screened in porch on the end which gives you tons of privacy. This is our first time on Seabrook as we normally stay in Kiawah. Our major complaint is you have to pay $50/day for an amenity card just to eat at the restaurants in the area and to use the pool Therefore, we spent our time eating dinners at Kiawah. The unit allows access for a small pool near the unit but you need your own towel.

Manager's Response

Thank you, Colleen, for your review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful, modern design and high-end furniture of the unit, as well as the privacy of the screened-in porch. We appreciate your feedback about the amenity card. Just to clarify, the amenity card is $15/day and is refundable, not $50 as mentioned. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall.

Positives: We loved the end unit location on the second floor. The screened-in deck facing the estuary caught pleasant breezes all day long. We spent a lot of time out there reading and relaxing. This property was spotless, we enjoyed the decor and appointments of the recent renovation. I tend to want to do things all day when I am on vacation but this place was so pleasant we pretty much spent the whole time at the property. It is a great place for a relaxing retreat. Critiques: Need some larger spoons for cooking, and it is a little light on pots and pans. (No pasta pot for example) Overall the bedding and mattresses are top shelf but the bed frame in the downstairs bedroom is a safety hazard. I banged my chin two times on the board that sticks out at the base of the mattress.

Beautiful water view condo. Everything was extremely clean and inviting. Very comfortable accommodations for our family. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Walk to the marina and Salty Dog with live music. Very close to Freshfields Village for dining options and Harris Teeter. The sunset views were absolutely stunning, screened in porch made the view even better. Would highly recommend! Management company was also very quick to respond to my emails.
