Welcome to the Kiawah Island vacation home of your dreams! This spectacular 7-bedroom seaside manor spans over 4,500 square feet of beautiful interiors, not to mention the extensive amount of exterior space and private pool. Your search for the perfect rental ends here! 

Step through the foyer into the airy, open living space that looks like a page torn right out of Southern Living - with shiplap accents, custom built-ins, and beautiful furnishings. Light pours in all around from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The floor plan flows seamlessly into the kitchen, with chef-grade appliances and everything you'll need to make a meal. You'll find yourself wanting to cook even on your vacation! The dining table offers seating for eight, with four additional seats at the expansive kitchen island. There is breakfast nook with table right off of the kitchen area, with seating for six more.

The first of seven bedrooms is on the main level. A gorgeous king primary suite, with en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area. The bathroom boasts double vanities along with a soaking tub. Take the stairs to the second floor where the remaining six bedrooms can be found, six of which have their own respective en-suite bathrooms.. Two bedrooms feature king beds, both with TVs and balcony access. One bedroom has two twin beds with TV, and another a queen bed with en-suite. The sixth room has a twin with trundle bed and TV and shares the bathroom with the last bedroom. The final bedroom is a beautiful, large room with a second living area and two sets of bunk beds, totaling four twin beds, located on the third floor bonus room. A dream space for the kids in the family! 

The defining feature of this already-stunning property is the outdoor spaces that will allow you to really immerse yourself into vacation mode. The private pool area out back is the perfect place to take a dip after a long day in the sun, or grill out with your family. Spend your evenings on the screened porch enjoying the coastal breeze. Oh, and did we mention that the beach is just a short stroll away? For added entertainment, there are fun games such as corn hole and table tennis in the garage rec room. Cable TV is provided in the living room and bunk bonus room. The other TVs allow streaming service only.

The combination of space, outdoor features, and proximity to the beach makes this home a rare gem. You'll truly find yourself never wanting to leave!

This home is perfect for a large group. Our family of 14 spent four days in this lovely home that offers everything for the ideal vacation: lots of room, nice furnishings, a beautiful pool, ping pong and corn hole in the garage for the kids and the ultimate kitchen. Everything was in tip-top shape and we didn't lack for a thing. As my grandson said, "this house is the bomb".

We had a great time at the residence. Incredible location, very accurate to the description, LOVE the kitchen. One thing I would recommend for next time is to clean the pool, as we did find quite a bit of pollen/debris lining the bottom. Other than that, the stay was outstanding. Thanks!

This was our favorite rental house yet! Perfect footprint for our family. We would have loved to be closer to the beach but it was definitely doable even for the kids. The pool was very nice and when we had an issue with algae, the property management company was very responsive and got the pool company engaged timely. The views from the back decks are peaceful and lovely. The amenities were complete. The only suggestion I have is that for a house that accommodates so many people, we would have liked a second trash can. Overall awesome and we would like to go back!

Perfect house for a girls weekend! Open floor plan provides ideal space to gather together, while the suite-style bedrooms give everyone a little privacy. Great location and a short walk to the beach. We will be back!

We had a group of eight stay at this Bufflehead home. The home was spectacular, the setting was perfect and very private. The living area was open and very comfortable, the kitchen is a chef's dream and the dining area seated eight people very easily. I stay at a lot of properties and this is by far the best property that I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend it for a large family or group.

We rented the house for a customer golf outing, and we were blown away from the time we arrived until we departed. The house allowed each person to have their own bathroom and room, which is rare when renting a house. It also had everything we needed, and our guests loved the cribbage board. I would highly recommend this property to anyone regardless of who is visiting. As a bonus, the 3rd-floor bonus room is great for kids. If you are looking for a unique dining experience, I would also recommend chef Brett McKee. We used Chef Brett for two dinners, and it was a fantastic touch on an already great week.

Our family spent an entire week in the Bufflehead home. The home was well equipped for our entire family where we all had plenty of space to gather or to spend quiet time. Our niece was married at the River Course on Saturday and Sunday we had a few people over for a post wedding breakfast. Everyone admired the home and the layout in the downstairs area. This property would be fun to rent during the summer when the beautiful pool is warm and inviting. If you have never been to Kiawah Island and are looking for a vacation home for a larger family then this is the place for you.

This is a great home for a large family. The home provides a spacious great room & dining room with a magnificent kitchen. The pool, deck space and screened in porch are great to spend time outside. The house was very clean!

We had an amazing week staying at 17 Bufflehead. The home is so nicely appointed and has a well stocked kitchen and lovely pool. We had absolutely everything we needed. The location is great for a short bike ride to the beach. We had three young kids and it was still pretty easy to get to the beach walking or riding. We will definitely stay here again in the future! This is by far the nicest rental we have stayed in!
