Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by a spacious main living area adorned with coffered ceiling, comfortable upscale furnishings and expansive windows that flood the room with natural light. The gorgeous kitchen boasts modern stainless-steel appliances, including gas range.  The large central island with breakfast bar is perfect for entertaining and prepping meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, a beautiful dining area with table seating for eight guests is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows fostering memorable gatherings.

Boasting dual master suites, the first of the primary bedrooms is on the main lower level.  This incredible spacious first floor room (Bedroom #1) features a king bed and private bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, a walk-in shower, and soaking tub.  Moving upstairs, you will find the other three bedrooms.  The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) has two beds, one twin and one queen, while the third bedroom (Bedroom #3) has two full-sized beds.  The fourth bedroom (Bedroom #4) serves as the upper level master suite.  This bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with his-and-hers sinks, a frameless-glass walk-in shower, and a soaking tub, and access to the top floor sun deck with rocking chairs, providing a perfect setting for morning coffee.  All bedrooms now also have TVs.

For added convenience, the home has full laundry area with washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, an elevator for guest use, and a half bathroom on the first floor.

It's the outdoor space that really makes this home special.  Enjoy evening cocktails or alfresco dining on the expansive screened porch.  Lounge in the sun with a good book on the pool deck.  Take a dip in the large saltwater pool after a long day at the beach.  Simply relish in the beautiful surroundings of the Lowcountry, filled with lush maritime plants and trees and the soothing sounds of local birds and wildlife.   And for a little added fun, the property does have a ping pong table and corn hole available guest use!

The house was perfect for our trip of the July 4th holiday. The main living area including kitchen, family room etc were all perfect gathering places. The bedrooms were all very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect for late afternoon relaxation after a day at the beach or golf course. The location was great for a quick bike ride to the beach with multiple convenient beach access points. We will definitely check to see if this house is available for our next trip to Kiawah.

The house was amazing! Very nicely appointed, even extras such as pool floats and beach towels were available. We were very comfortable during our stay (just 4 of our 5 family members). It could easily accommodate multiple families. The home was very clean on arrival and Sweetgrass addressed a very minor dishwasher issue lightning fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent another of their properties and would definitely book this house again if the chance arose! Thank you for a great quick getaway!

We loved our stay at 37 Berkshire Hall! It truly felt like a retreat. Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed spending time on the back porch with our morning coffee listening to the wildlife. And we rented bikes and easily biked all over the island! We will be back!

Sweetgrass was very organized, attentive and friendly. The house was in a great location, extremely comfortable and had a great layout. We would definitely rent it again.
