A gorgeous retreat located just steps from the Atlantic Beach, the home offers a spacious, family-friendly, once-in-a-lifetime beach escape to the South Carolina Coast. We invite you to make lifetime memories on the beautiful Isle of Palms!

The home features modern furnishings with custom details, like a hand-crafted oyster fireplace with mounted 85” TV. It is also equipped with an Air Scrubber HVAC system, which is installed to help purify the air from contaminants such as germs, odors, dander, viruses, etc. The open concept living room, kitchen, and dining areas are full of natural light and ideal for both entertaining and relaxing. The beautifully updated kitchen contains a walk-in pantry and quartz countertops. Just off the main living area is a large patio deck overlooking the pool area, which provides the perfect space for an outdoor meal.

The first two bedrooms (Bedroom #1 and #2) each contain a king bed, private bathroom, and flat-screen TV. The third bedroom (Bedroom #3) has one king bed and a queen bed, providing ample sleeping space, and a private bath and TV. The fourth bedroom (Bedroom #4) contains a king bed, private bath and TV. The fifth bedroom is the remarkable master suite (Bedroom #5). It boasts a large king bed with a TV and sitting area. The spacious private bathroom includes a stand-alone tub, expansive walk-in shower, and dual vanity areas. Also, check out the large deck attached to the master bedroom and enjoy a good book in the swing bed. And lastly, the sixth bedroom (Bedroom #6) has three twin beds and two trundles with a private bathroom.

The outdoor spaces are definitely the highlight of the home! Lounge by the private pool and hot tub or take in the views and breezes from one of the upper decks! The backyard is a private oasis, perfect for outdoor entertainment. Enjoy the AstroTurf yard and play a game of cornhole. A brand new outdoor kitchen has a built in sink with gas grill and seating. There is an ice maker for guest use right in the garage area. There is a lounge seating area that is perfect for more enjoyment. You will surely find yourself outdoors more than in! There are two custom built showers right off the pool to use to shower off after the beach. There is also a beach cart to help easily carry your items to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Isle of Palms while celebrating our daughter’s wedding! Although the wedding was at another location, this Airbnb served as the perfect home base for our family. Just a block from beach access and close to Charleston, it had everything we needed for both relaxation and preparation. The private bedrooms with attached baths were ideal, giving each of us a retreat to rest and recharge after each day's festivities. This home holds special memories for us, and we look forward to returning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The location is wonderful. Love that the pool is saltwater. Did not like that pool/beach towels were not included. Rooms need benches, chair or suitcase stand. Minimal supplies provided. While the house is new you can already see the wear and tear on the house, upkeep, sofa and amenities.

This home provided a wonderful first family vacation with grown children and grandchildren. The home was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The location was great and we loved exploring the town of IOP and Sullivan’s Island. Our only disappointment was the lack of sunlight on the pool. We had specifically asked about this prior to our reservation and were told it had direct sunlight. The pool is completely shaded by trees, which drop their leaves into the pool within minutes of the pool maintenance company cleaning the pool, which they did about 2-3 times during our stay. As much as we loved the home, this would not be a good fit for future visits.

This was a very special girlfriend trip. It was such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything we were hoping for and more. Requests for anything were answered promptly. Within 30 minutes or less. I highly recommend this home any time of the year. We stayed in early December. There were less crowds, beautiful weather and so many Christmas activities and decorations. Definitely a Five Star experience.

We were a group of 9 adults and 4 children. It was nice for everyone to have their own bedroom with bath and the kids loved the bunk room. The pool was great, and even though some leaves fell in the water, the shade and privacy they provided was nice. Great to have the ice maker as we kept most drinks in ice in coolers as refrigerator space was tight. Beach access was super convenient and provided carts were a great help. Elevator nice to get groceries, etc. upstairs. Were told there was a Keurig, there wasn't! Might suggest some new skillets, older and everything sticks. First time in 5 years going to beach houses and there were NO beach towels provided. The gas grill had not been cleaned. Sonos advertised wasn't there, has been removed. Management was prompt to come when elevator wasn't working right. We had a great time and were all very comfortable at 3 39th Ave. at IOP

This beautiful house was perfect for or family of 16 ages 6-75! The house was beautiful with understated elegance decor. The elevator a big help. Thank you for the beach carts and it was really nice to have the electric pump. Perfect easy access to beach ( except when it rains) We have been an OBX family with a rental if our own for 20 years. We loved IOP! Couple of minor suggestions. Fans in the outdoor decks and below where pool is would be great. In kitchen several more 11x13 pans and 2 sets measuring spoons. A crockpot and air fryer would be great addition.. Would definitely rent this Gem again! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This house is built with all the features you could want. The pool area is awesome with a shaded lounge, grill fridge area, garage doors that open into this area with industrial ice maker, half bath and a PING PONG TABLE! Large kitchen opening into the family room with HUGE TV and plenty of options for watching. The Sonos sound system works in the pool, deck and family room areas. The bedrooms are all spacious with dedicated bathrooms. the whole place gives you the new home feeling, and is bright and cheerful. It is only a short distance to the beach, but even that is easier with the wagons available to tote your supplies to the beach... They were very responsive to any little issue that came up, and were anxious to be sure we had a great time at this great house.

This was the must wonderful beach house for our kids snd grandchildren - the elevator was useful as my husband had recent back issues. The home is understated elegance . Beautiful furnishings and not overdone. Serene colors. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach ( great proximity) is difficult if it has rained. We had a home on the Outer Banks for 20 years and were not use to the walk but so worth it to get to the beautiful beach . The water temp was amazing. Great living spaces for family aged 75- 6 with 4 teenagers. Bunk room fabulous. Great to have the 2 beach carts and the electric pump an added plus. A couple of minor suggestions. In kitchen need another set of measuring spoons . Would be great to have crockpot and air fryer and several more 11/13 pans as there was only one. Also need more plastic glassware and plastic wine glasses for use at the pool . The one thing we all agreed on was the need for fans on all the covered porches as well as the pool level. We did notice there are areas where it looks like it’s wired for fans. This is the best beach house we have ever stayed at, including the home we owned and rented for 20 years on OBX. We are sold on IOP. Thank you for the wonderful time spent at this magnificent home!

This house was amazing. Very well furnished, well maintained and stocked with all the necessary dishes. Very close to the ocean and they even put a commercial ice machine in the basement, very well thought out for a large family gathering. We had an issue with one of the two dishwashers not working and brought it up to managers just for their knowledge and they replaced it for us the next day. Highly attentive and the house was clean, organized and well laid out. Beautiful place, nice decor and a very comfortable salt water pool. Rooms are spacious, master bedroom/bath closet are very big. Made for a perfect retreat from the rainy weather we had often during the week. Second time in IOP, hard not to keep coming back to this wonderful island.

We had a grand time at 3 39th. The house is perfect for large groups and it lives up to the way it presents in pictures. We had the pool heated and that was a giant bonus. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub every day! It was January so we didn’t spend lots of time on the beach, but access is easy. We needed help with a few small things, and the staff response at Sweetgrass was fast and friendly. We will be back to 3 39th again!

If very good were an option between good and excellent that would be our choice. Property was well laid out, very clean and a nice proximity to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great. Only drawbacks we had were the ice machine didn’t work all week and we couldn’t use the grill because of no propane the first night we tried to use it but I will say the service team was very responsive and handled efficiently. Service personnel were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return.

We take a long vacation with our grown children and their spouses (first grandchild this year) to Isle of Palms. This is the third year that we have rented a different home and this home is by far the nicest that we have rented. First, it is basically new and is appointed with everything that you would need for a week with family. The kitchen is great, along with the rooms and individual bathroom in each. The extra amenities such as the icemaker, cart for the beach, kitchen gadgets, pool toys, and chairs are all really useful. Second, the location is very convenient to the beach access immediately across the street. Third, the location is mid-island so Wild Dunes, the Marina, Restaurants, Groceries, etc. are all within a few miles. Thanks for a great week!

This house is hands down the nicest vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The house is newly renovated and extremely spacious. The pictures are amazing but they truly don't do it justice. The one thing to keep in mind is that this is a bit out of the way from downtown Charleston. Finding ubers/cabs for a large group to go to and from Isle of Palms to downtown wasn't always easy, but we made it work. Especially with things not fully open due to Covid, our plan was to utilize the house as much as possible and limit our time in downtown Charleston. So for that reason, this house and location was great for us! 10/10, absolutely recommend!

The house is so beautiful and thoughtfully appointed across the board. It was extremely clean and the decor is just amazing. The new kids' bunk room is so adorable. The noise machines in each room were a great touch. The kitchen was well stocked too. Offering beach towels would be ideal for families who fly to IOP. Otherwise, I can't think of anything that would make the house better. We simply loved it.

We were the first ever guests to rent this property and boy did it not disappoint. Everything was brand spanking new, beautiful home, great layout. Perfect size for our group of 10. On top of that the amenities were wonderful, heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table in the garage, Sonos speakers throughout the house and outside, huge TV. The location is great if you're trying to be close to a beach and relax by the pool. If you're trying to be more active and do stuff downtown, the only downside is it's not that easy to get a taxi/Lyft/Uber and takes a while to get downtown. Other than that would recommend 10/10.
