Description

Spacious rooms and grand windows that welcome the natural light enhance its beauty and design, making this home one of our most desired.

The centralized entertainment space, which encompasses the living room, grandiose kitchen, and dining area, is located on the second floor of the home. The open living area has a comfortable sectional couch, perfect for relaxing after a long beach day. (A new flat-screen TV was added to this area in fall 2019.) 

The kitchen is a chef's dream! It is fully equipped with a gas range, new state-of-the-art appliances, and three unique islands, which make it perfect for preparing food, entertaining guests, and providing additional seating and storage. The dining table seats 6 guests and there are 4 additional bar stools at the larger counter island.

Additionally, there is a half bathroom on this level, just off the stairs and hallway.

The remarkable master suite (Bedroom #1) is located on the main second floor of the home. It boasts a large king bed with a beautifully crafted sliding barn door that leads to the ensuite bathroom. The spacious bathroom includes marble floors, expansive walk-in shower, and dual vanity areas.

Down the stairs to the first floor of the home, one can find the remaining four bedrooms and a second casual den area. This additional living space has comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV, and a full-size sofa-bed for added sleeping space. This area opens to the spacious outdoor porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

The downstairs living room area shares a jack-n-jill bath with a bedroom that has two twin beds (Bedroom #2). The last three bedrooms each contain a queen bed and private bathroom (Bedrooms #3, #4, and #5).

The outdoor spaces are definitely the highlight of the home! Lounge by the private pool, enjoy a game of cards at the bar top on the covered porch, or take in the views and breezes from the rooftop deck! The backyard is a private oasis perfect for outdoor entertainment.

First floor comfortably houses a family in its left and right wings. Serving floor master suite and most of the indoor living space. Ground floor works nicely for small but very nice pool and sand dump garage and bathroom. More than enough outdoor spaces, including a widow's watch 4 floors up. Yes, that makes for a lot of stairs. Wish the elevator was usable for our 2 seniors (especially since they paid for the house rental)!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The ensuite bathrooms, the pool, and the location were the main reason I chose this house over others - and those were definitely worth the higher price point. I would definitely stay here again, however the one big con for me was that the check in is pretty late (4pm), the check out is very early (10am) especially for the folks that like to sleep in, and they do NOT allow you to store luggage before or after, so unless your flights workout perfectly, you almost need a car for bag-storage (unless you're willing to pay/set up bag storage). The place was stocked great for us, but an extra paper towel roll and a sweeper for the floors would be great (for cleaning), and maybe a few indoor/outdoor games. Other than that - we really enjoyed our stay!

The house was amazing. Everything was great accept a couple of the bathrooms did not have a big towel in them to use once out of the shower. Also you definitely got a workout with all the stairs. So be aware a lot of stairs. But over all a great stay

Loved the house. Great lay-out for my husband and me, two daughters and son-in-laws, 4 month old grandson, and sister and brother-in-law. Downstairs 2nd living area was great for a little separation. Coming in December, too cold for the pool, but would be great for the summer. Only negative was not having access to the elevator. One daughter is 7 months pregnant and the other has a 4 month old. We cooked in a lot, so brought coolers, groceries, pack and play, box of diapers, play mat, suitcases, etc. Would have been nice to load everything in the elevator and ride it up to the top floor. I worried, especially about the pregnant daughter, falling on the stairs when loading and unloading. We're all physically fit, but our 65 year old knees got tired when loading and unloading at the beginning and end of the trip.

This home is beautiful and well cared for. Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. The location was close to the beach. Four couples in our sixties were in town for a wedding and everyone loved this place. Sweet grass property was easy to work with and corresponding through email. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed staying in this clean and beautiful home.

We had an amazing stay at this home for our girls trip. We arrived to 1 broken toilet that was tended to very quickly by maintenance staff. Only thing I would recommend is replacing the toaster, the inside is a fire hazard :) thank you for a lovely weekend!

We had a fabulous week in Isle of Palms and truly enjoyed every aspect of the home. The pool was perfect, the multiple decks provided many areas to relax outside, and the common areas were great for the teens with us. We did have a few hiccups with the house but every problem was dealt with immediately. Every representative of Sweetgrass was very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Carlissa for a fun family portrait shoot. All in all, highly recommend the house, the town and Sweetgrass!

We had 4 families with 11 of us! House was fantastic! More than enough room for all of us. House was clean! Was great to have refrigerator in the garage by the pool! Kept beers water and seltzers cold!! Shower and bathroom by pool in garage was great. No major issues. Called first day about pool and they responded quickly and had it taken care of. Very short walk to the beach. Would stay here again!

This was the most amazing home. We had 6 girls and each got a room. The pool was amazing and we put the sun deck to use as well. It was the perfect location in relation to the beach and convince stores. It was perfectly clean furniture was in amazing condition. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

This was the perfect spot. We were able to walk places to get food or go grab odds and ends and right by the beach. The house is in amazing condition and was perfect for the number of people we had. Exactly as described in the pictures and perfect for vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was the perfect spot for four adult couples to spend a reunion weekend. Each of the bedrooms has a private bathroom and there’s plenty of space to gather or be alone. Our weather was perfect so we thoroughly enjoyed the many outside decks, especially the roof top with the nighttime view of the moon and stars. The kitchen is well-appointed and provides a lovely space to cook or gather around the huge island. The rental company staff were extremely helpful in addressing the questions we had before and during our stay. Also, we were excited to find an ample supply of beach chairs and pool floats in the garage. We hope to return!

This home is gorgeous. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pool is awesome and the beach is a short walk away. We were a family of 10 and had plenty of room. We all look forward to returning

We had a great week staying on this home. We loved the house and the pool! This was the first time we visited Isle of Palms and loved the beach. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the greatest but we made the most of it. We were able to get some wedding photos on the beach in a light drizzle. My entire family, four adult children and their spouses all agreed that they would like to return in the future!

Loved the house it was great.. the living room couch wasn’t in great shape and master bed frame was a bit flimsy but the rest was wonderful. Great location and loved the area. Would love to come back in the summer.

Honestly, this is the most beautiful house I have ever seen. If I had the money to purchase this home - would I? - absolutely. Would I then make much needed improvements? Absolutely. This house could definitely use an entire set of coffee cups. Nine people sharing four real coffee mugs just didn’t fair well. Be prepared to bring a cooler to the pool. Honey, my calves look phenomenal after having to climb 3 flights of stairs every time I wanted a drink while laying at the pool. Also, a full length mirror would be beneficial.

Loved, loved, loved the house! We have a big family, so it was perfect for all of to have our own space, as well as many family gathering area. This house was not only gorgeous, but its surroundings were like we were vacationing on a secluded island. The landscaping was impeccable. The pool was more than exceptional because it was never luke warm. It was clean and safe to swim in. The kids loved the shallower area. There were lots of stairs, so I got plenty of exercise. It was about a seven minute walk to the beach, right across the street. While we were there, there were three days of rain. The pathway to the beach was very muddy and gross, so we decided to walk another two blocks to the public access where there was a sidewalk. My favorite room in the house was the kitchen. There are three islands and ample room to spread out. The kitchen is filled with high-grade utensils, dishes, and appliances. We enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony on July 4th. The porches are shaded and relaxing. The elevator was convenient as we arrived, however it broke on day four. We should have called it in, but didn't. The staff was very quick to add a window AC unit to the kitchen area when we called to report it was not cooling off. They literally came within a couple of hours to install it. WOW...I was very impressed with the response of the staff! For some reason, there were no mosquitoes or flies anywhere. We enjoyed every aspect of the home, and will always cherish our memories in the big blue beach house!

Beautiful home! We had 8 adults stay in this home and loved it. The house is beautiful, the pool is very peaceful, and the access to the beach was right across the street. We will for sure be renting this house again!
