The villa has two full bedrooms.  The primary suite features a king bed and porch access while the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed.  Each bedroom has a private bathroom and both have been fully renovated with ceramic tile wood plank flooring, custom subway tiled shower and bath, and dual vanities with quartz countertops.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

Clean ,comfortable ,spacious rental with no problems. Some noise from upstairs neighbors Walking and early morning golf course workers ( blowers). Excellent location for access to club amenities like pool, golf, and some excellent seafood at Pelicans nest restaurant. High tide eliminates Closest Beach access but can gain access with a little walking. Overall very good experience.

This condo was very nice. All of the pictures were exactly what you got. There was plenty of seating inside and out. My favorite part was the screened in porch. It was close to the beach and we had two littles that were able to walk without being held. The beach access was a little treacherous as in, when the tide came in, getting to the stairs was dangerous. This resort area was about 20 miles off of the main highway. There were a few restaurants close and a grocery store. The only reason I didn't give this an excellent rating was because we had to wear socks or shoes the whole time inside or our feet got black from the dirty floors. Everything else was clean, just not the floors. I probably wouldn't book this again just because it was so far away from downtown Charleston. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay and the resort area.

We enjoyed our stay in this villa on Seabrook Island. The views of the golf course were beautiful and we could see the ocean from the screened in porch area. The villa was very roomy and beautiful. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed being so close to the Beach Club and loved having lunch at the Pelican's nest! Seabrook is a very charming island to visit.
