Description

Recently renovated and expanded from a classic Isle of Palms beach bungalow, 11 on 32nd Avenue is now a much larger, more modern home. Be one of the first guests to ever take advantage of this gorgeous property! It features four bedrooms and three baths and is conveniently located just 1.5 blocks away from the beach. The incredible home is new to the rental market and boasts a new private pool, ample space for entertaining, and numerous special features for an ideal Isle of Palms vacation.

The main level, or first floor, is beautifully decorated and provides a bright, open space for entertaining and hosting guests. The living room features comfortable seating and 55'' flat screen TV. The large dining table seats 8 guests, plus bar seating for an additional 6 patrons. The lovely new kitchen features custom countertops, modern tile backsplash, and new cabinetry and appliances. This main living area opens onto the cozy outdoor porch that overlooks the backyard and pool.

Also, located on the first floor, down the hallway, are two of the four bedrooms. The first bedroom (Bedroom #1) has a queen bed and the second bedroom (Bedroom #2) has two bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds. Both rooms do have a TV and share the hallway bath.

Moving to the second floor, there is a nice open sitting area at the top of the stairs. Enjoy watching TV or utilizing the space for extra sleeping on the pull-out sofa. The remaining two bedrooms, both considered master suites, are opposite each other on this second level. Both (Bedrooms #3 and #4) have a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathrooms. One of these master bedrooms does have a private balcony overlooking the pool and backyard.

The outdoor spaces are definitely the highlight of the home! Lounge by the private pool or enjoy a BBQ dinner on the backyard grill. The backyard is a private oasis perfect for outdoor entertainment!

Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM.  No more than 12 adults should be occupying the home. This property is absolutely beautiful!! It had everything we needed!! Our family truly enjoyed spending time in this incredible home. It has so much space, comfortable beds, everything you need to prepare meals. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Sweetgrass Properties was very friendly, easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions we had.A great place to stay and enjoy beautiful Isle of Palms!!

Great location, clean and spacious. Loved pool, proximity to beach and quiet location. Would stay again but would recommend some improvements. Minor electricity issues - several breakers were tripped multiple times during our stay. Microwave was missing wheel ring support. Barstool bearings were falling out. Upstairs showers clogging slightly.

An absolutely beautiful home in a great location. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. If you’re traveling to the house by car bring your own beach chairs and beach towels - we wish we had done that. The screened in porch is fabulous and the kitchen is lovely but lacks simple things like salt and oil. Easy to pick up but would also be nice to have those little things available. A keypad for entry vs one actual key would be a good idea especially for larger parties. We lucked out with incredible March weather - 75 and sunny every day. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to Charleston and would absolutely rent this property again.

The house has a great location, some walking to the beach and loved not being on the main road. Two water leaks, one under the kitchen sink that was fixed and another from the kitchen ceiling that was due to jets in the MB shower that needed caulking. Next day device was done on both, very courteous and apologetic for the trouble. The builder came in to inspect therefore on our departure the problem will be solved. Water pressure is really good on all bathrooms. The house was very comfortable and works really well for a large family. We were 7 adults and 2 children. No closets on the queen bed or bunk bed room. Outside is very lush, pool area very beautiful but the pool gets dirty really quick. Service was done only Wednesday. I would suggest to schedule a second service. Outside shower for when you come from the beach is a plus. All outside cushions need either replacement or not used at all. They are moldy. Overall a good house, do not give it excellent due to the mentioned issues.

The home is very nice and updated. Comfortably slept 10. We could have had more given the pull out couches. The pool is very nice and big. The walk to the beach is not bad, less than 10 minutes with kids. The property manages are very responsive for the few minor items we contacted about and fixed them same day. The only suggestion for the property is more items needed for the kitchen such as silverware and glass wine glasses. For 10 people staying we ran out of spoons and forks each meal and there were not glass wine glasses to enjoy our beverages in. We have had houses where the kitchen is more stocked with utensils and makes for nice experience when we tend to prepare more meals at the home. The only other item is pool furniture cushions could be cleaned. Overall nice place to stay!

Self check-in process was simple and very smooth. The communication from Sweetgrass leading up to, during, and after our stay was timely and thorough. The location is perfect and centrally located to everything on the island. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly. Beach access is very close and there was ample parking space in the area. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We found the kitchen to be lacking cookware/bakeware and what was present needed to be replaced. Other items like barstools and outdoor cushions could use a refresh as well but we didn’t encounter any issues that impacted our stay. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the screened in porch. We would definitely recommend Sweetgrass as a rental company and return to this property!

This house was PERFECT for 7 adults, 1 kid and 2 babies. Beautiful home, nice finishes, spacious, updated, etc. The screened-in porch was a plus! And, the pool was private, plenty of seating, etc. We normally rent a golf cart while vacationing in IOP - the house isn’t a far walk to the beach, but it is with 2 babies and all the beach gear! The only comment would be the top balcony off the master bedroom is in need of pressure washing; perhaps it hasn’t been performed yet due to early in the peak season. And, it would be nice for this home to have mobile/electronic access to the home; keeping up with 1 key between 7 adults was tough at times but not a deal breaker…just a recommendation. We loved this home will definitely rent again in the future!!

The house was beautiful. Easy to find and was very well organized and laid out. The only issue we had was there was one nail sticking out on the fourth or fifth step that I cut my toe on. I would recommend getting that pulled out or hammered back in. If a little kid slide over it with their feet it could cause some damage. Other than that AMAZING!!<br /><br />MANAGER'S NOTE: Thank you so much Teresa! We're so glad you enjoyed the home. We've removed that nail, and I'm so sorry you cut your toe! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed. The home inside is well maintained. The outdoor furniture and top deck needed some cleaning but was still useable. I would recommend staying here!

Overall a nice home and very clean. Air conditioner on second floor went out but Management Company repaired it quickly. Trees over the pool blocked the sun so sun bathing was mostly on the beach. Beach was a close walk. Big closets were locked so small closets had to do. Family enjoyed the home and would recommend to other families.

We loved our stay on the Isle of Palms. My mom retired this year and this was a great way to celebrate her. We had three couples and 4 children so the layout was perfect for us. Bummer we could not use the pool - so we may need to come back again in the summer. Thanks again.

Loved this property! House is in excellent condition. Perfect for our two families who visited in August for a week. Easy access to the beach (1.5 blocks) and located in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor pool was a highlight of the property and well-maintained. Clean and beautifully decorated house. Very comfortable seating in living room area; kitchen was well-stocked and offered lots of storage. The upstairs bedrooms and en-suite baths were very spacious with comfortable beds. Laundry included stackable units on 2nd floor. The bedrooms on the first level were a good size and shared a bathroom. Air conditioning worked really well. A special thanks to the management staff. Great communication and they answered any questions we had promptly. Would highly recommend this property!

The property was amazing, we all had a wonderful time. Although the pool was a bit chilly, it was perfect cool down after a hot day at the beach. Impeccable clean, the kitchen was well appointed and the entire place beautifully appointed. It was a 5 min walk to the beach via a path at the end of the street. Sweetgrass made it easy to book and we had no problems. Wi-Fi wasn’t very fast, was hard with kids online and parents working remote....but manageable. Great location and we rode bikes all over. The soft couch in the main room is amazing and the screened porch was wonderful to sit at night.
