Overall a very nice stay. The partial beach view was accurate. The place was roomy. We had a 2 bed/2bath place with a "daybed" and a sectional. We had 2 adults, 1 teenager and 3 younger kids. Enough room for all of us to enjoy and not fight all the time. Easy access to the pool, which was adequate. Beach access was easy and close. However the fire alarm was slightly annoying, Anytime we cooked nearly anything, it went off. Not a big deal. (wish we would have had a fan in the kitchen.) And the kitchen had everything, but a pizza cutter. Please add.

Met every expectation and then some. Very short walk through the parking lot to the pool and beach. Ample parking. Gated / pass accessible community. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication and easy check-in / check-out. Easy commute into Charleston for the day if that's your thing. All around great experience.

This was our second year staying at this condo. We are a family with 3 children in 4 and were able to stay here and everyone was happy! It has everything you need and the rooms are perfect. The floor is uneven and a little wobbly but that’s our only complaint.

Overall it was clean, mattresses were comfortable, and the location met all our expectations. Would have enjoyed more coffee mugs and instructions on to operate the remotes/TV. The TV would go off for no apparent reason. This is our third year staying in 7 B and it’s beginning to feel like home!

This is a great property. It's all about the location, just steps from the stand and only 1 street over from the Wild Dunes beach bar/pools. Very comfortable for our family of 6 (2 parents, 4 kids). Four kids easily fit in the second bedroom with the double/queen, twin, and trundle pullout. Bathrooms were great and no issues with hot water or shower pressure like I've had in other properties. Had an issue one day when we came back from the beach, a mirror had fallen off the wall and shattered. We emailed Sweetgrass and they resolved the issue with a new mirror hung within 24 hours. Very impressive customer service from Sweetgrass. A couple things to note: Like another reviewer mentioned, you can hear footsteps in the condo above you. Mildly annoying for us in the morning, but since we have kids we weren't sleeping in anyway. Other thing is we were confused when we got to the property because it looks like there's available covered parking for the 4 condos in each building (A-D), but actually only A & D have covered parking spots. There is plenty of uncovered parking, so it's not an issue, we just weren't sure where to park at first. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This was our first visit to Wild Dunes resort. Was quite impressed with all the activities available and ease to get around Mt. Pleasant and Charleston. The villa was very well kept and clean. The kitchen was excellent. It had everything anyone would need to prepare food...just like home. The beds were excellent as well. Very comfortable. We loved this villa and complement the owners on their attention to detail.

The team at Sweetgrass was extremely helpful in putting our vacation together a Wild Dunes. The condo we rented completely met our needs and the property was amazing. Our major concern was the beach restoration project that look place at Wild Dunes. The Sweegrass agents assured me the project was complete and the beach was in great condition...all true and everything was fantastic. Everything in our unit at Seagrove was great. The kitchen is always the big concern as we like to cook in and spend our time as a family. It had everything we needed to cook our meals and spend more time on the beach. Wild Dunes has been our spot for numerous summer vacations and it never disappoints.

Nice property. Very nice appliances, furniture, and decor. Short walk to pool and beach. Very accommodating, and courteous. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our rental property, and they took care of it quickly!
