Located in the desirable Seagrove Villas in Wild Dunes Resort, this top floor, oceanfront, two-bedroom condo is the perfect spot! Take in the ocean breeze and the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean from your balcony, which is only 25 yards from the beach. 

The condo is situated on the 2nd floor of Building 10, about 30 exterior steps up to the door. Upon entry of the condo, you are greeted with a comfortable beach feel. The open concept floor plan combines the dining, living room, and kitchen on the main level, which is the perfect space to relax and entertain. The living room has a flat-screen TV, and the unit is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all necessary cookware and everything you need to prepare lunch or dinner in the unit. There is generous seating for meals when you utilize both the dining table, which seats 6 guests, and the kitchen bar stools. The oceanfront balcony is perfect to relax and unwind with a cocktail or read a great book while watching the ocean waves.

The first bedroom is on the main lower level. It has two twin beds and a semi-private bathroom that also opens up to the hallway. The spacious master suite is located on the second floor of the unit. It has a king bed and a private bathroom with granite countertops. Take in gorgeous views from the large bedroom windows that overlook the ocean. 

Seagrove is the perfect location for an island getaway at Wild Dunes Resort.  It provides unbeatable oceanfront views, a wonderful community pool, and is just a short walk to the Resort center, including the Boardwalk Inn Hotel, Village Plaza, tennis courts, spa, bike rentals, and more!

This unit was everything - clean, updated, comfortably decorated, had everything we needed for a week, and most importantly the location was perfect! The unit is right next to the the beach access and pool which was so convenient with kids. Great porch furniture for enjoying the ocean view with coffee or an evening drink. We will definitely return!

Our stay at 10C was great! Really clean & comfortable. The view from balcony was awesome & very peaceful & relaxing & the moonlight view over the water were second to none. Communication with the host was easy, punctual & hospitable. My wife & will be back. Highly recommended.

Couldn't have picked a better unit. Perfect location with the most beautiful panoramic views of the ocean. Already have a return vacation booked to the unit. Close to everything for my kids, running up to Hudson's for ice creams and to Coastal Crust for pizza, but still private and quiet.

This was our first trip to Isle of Palms, and we enjoyed every minute of it! The location of this Seagrove condo could not be any better! A top floor, oceanfront condo, without any views of other condos/balconies gave this property a very quiet and private feel. The condo was recently renovated and clean when we arrived. Sweetgrass was wonderful to work with and communication was clear and timely. We will definitely be back!

It’s all about location and Seagrove Villa 10C is in an ideal spot steps from the pool and the ocean. The villa was well equipped with all your needs, kitchen fully stocked and comfortable for four people. Our only complaint is that we found a lot of trash under and around furniture But this is not the homeowners fault by any means it’s the cleaning crew.

Condo was as described and the customer service was excellent. Great condo overall. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back and I would highly recommend to others. The unit is showing its age a bit and if you don't do a walk through after cleaners come, I would recommend that as some of the bathroom light bulbs were burned out. Not a big deal, but may turn some folks off.

Wonderful property with direct access to beach and pool. The views were amazing. It had everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again. They were wonderful to work with, very friendly and helpful.
