One of the best features of this renovated home are the numerous open decks, with the sure favorite being the rooftop sun deck that features a 360-degree view of the island including distant ocean views! Each deck, including the pool deck, features numerous comfortable outdoor seating options, from lounge chairs to outdoor sofas.  Spend your days relaxing by the large private pool.  And when you’re ready, the sandy beaches of IOP await you just one block away with a beach access path at the end of the street.

The main living spaces are located on the 2nd level of the home.  This inverted floor plan helps to enhance the natural light and views. Open to the living area is the spacious kitchen and dining area with a farmhouse table featuring seating for your entire family. An additional feature of this main floor area is a small sitting space that has a sleeper sofa as well as an additional half bath.

The 2nd (or main floor) holds a queen bedroom (Bedroom #6) with en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The house was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. It would have been helpful if there had been instructions on how to use the hot tub posted somewhere in the house so we didn’t have to keep bothering the staff with questions. Thank for all your help with answering all my questions!

Amazing Beach House

Our multi-generational family (ages 8-80) had an AMAZING time at this beautiful beach house! The house is very spacious and provided plenty of bedroom and 'hang out' space for everyone in our family. The exterior was so nice we spent most of our beach vacation just hanging out at the pool. The location is excellent, with the beach just a short block away, which allowed us to come and go as we pleased rather than hauling EVERYTHING to the beach for the whole day. The house had a number of features that made it extra special for our family, including: an elevator for the older folks in our group, a spacious and well-appointed kitchen (including a second fridge), plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms, and an enclosed garage space which provided a spot for us to store suitcases, beach toys, etc. We normally rent different houses every vacation but this is one we would definitely come back to in a heartbeat!
