The bedroom features a king-size bed, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa for an additional guest. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower, granite-topped vanity, updated fixtures, tile floors, and beadboard paneling. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the walk-in closet.

    This is a great condo, especially for a couple or a solo traveler. The furnishings make you feel right at home and the screened in patio/deck make you feel like you’re in the forest, even when you’re sitting on the couch. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The beach is only about a 2-3 minute walk, with access to boardwalk 7 from the parking lot. We will definitely try to book this same condo for our next trip to Kiawah.

    We stayed for 3 nights and loved our whole experience. The villa was was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and a comfortable bed. Easy and short walk to pristine beaches. Walking and bike paths everywhere. We would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again.

    We both enjoyed staying at this well-appointed one bedroom condo! We walked to the beach (5 min walk from condo ) each morning. I selected this one because of the location on the West end of the Island and because of the lovely decor. It was exactly like the pictures. The screen room, being that the condo is on the second floor, has a beautiful view of the trees. We cooked our breakfasts in the kitchen- which is well stocked. Comfortable bedroom. Many local options for eating and there is a high-end super market at Freshfields (5 min drive). Try the wine bar at Freshfields! Good menu and fun ambiance. It was easy to unlock the condo upon arrival. Suggest using the realty app to pre-arrange towels, etc.

    This condo is extremely comfortable for a couple. Well decorated and clean. The bed is very comfortable too. We could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Surrounded by nature with a lovely treed view from the screened in deck. Kudos to owner on the coziness. Took a star off because the listing should have mentioned the noise issue / there was constant construction noise from the units across the street. On a Saturday.

    Lovely place on a beautiful island. Of note, the bed is very comfortable. The sofa is sagging and would be great to replace. The porch table and chairs lovely, rockers comfy but showing signs of wear. Kitchen faucet needs tightening, as water kept coming back on. Beautiful kitchen! One of the plantation blinds in kitchen area broken, won’t stay open. Handy washer and dryer! Shower door not on track or unsecured at bottom, otherwise wonderful! Very clean and beautiful community! Beach is gorgeous and easy to access!
