Description

Location, Location! Enjoy vacationing by the ocean on Kiawah Island! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage was fully renovated in November 2020 and is conveniently located in the heart of the West Beach. The beach is very close by and don't forget about the exclusive pool only for Greenslake Cottage guests. It is just a quick 5 minute walk away!

Located on the 1st hole of the Cougar Point golf course, this cottage is sure to please everyone. Upon entering the cottage, the spacious living area welcomes you with sunshine beaming through the windows. Living Room includes comfortable furnishings, new Smart flat screen TV, DVD player and desk area for work. The sofa does pull out into a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Brand new hardwood floors have recently been added in both the living room and bedrooms. 

The kitchen is fully stocked and has updated stainless steel appliances. There is a separate dining nook off the kitchen that seats 6 comfortably. The sky lights above will be sure to brighten up your morning and have you getting excited to go outside. The screened porch offers a prefect place for reading a book or just watching the wildlife, morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV with a private master bathroom. The master also has a step out balcony overlooking the golf course. What a way to wake up! The master bathroom has a walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, flat screen TV and direct access to hall bath with a shower/tub combo. 

For your convenience, a full size washer and dryer are included as well as WiFi.  And the owner has provided a few beach towels and beach chairs for your use!

This property has views of the first hole at the newly renovated Cougar Point Club House that will have a first-class golf pro shop and brand new restaurant as well!

Our family highly recommends this lovely little Kiawah Cottage! We have been coming to Kiawah for over 30 years! Our family has grown…so we needed to rent a couple of Cottages. We will definitely come back to this one! It was very quiet, comfortable, and well equipped!

We were very fortunate to be able to rent this cottage with only 24 hours notice. The cottage is very inviting and has everything you could possibly need for a vacation. The hosts were especially considerate and reached out to make sure everything was satisfactory. Just a short walk to the beach and pool make it conveniently located. The screened-in porch made watching the golfers on the course especially entertaining. Would definitely recommend this quaint cottage!

We had an incredible family getaway at this vacation rental in Kiawah Island. The spacious home comfortably accommodated our family of four. The location right on the golf course was so fun for our family and proximity to the beach made our stay truly memorable. The property was well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this rental for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This is our 2nd time staying in this property and we love it! It’s perfect for our family and has everything we need for a week at the beach. We love having access to the community pool and it’s an easy walk to the beach. The house has a well-stocked kitchen including specialty appliances (air fryer, blender, electric skillet, etc) and cleaning supplies. A big basket of books and magazines and a couple of puzzles. The couches and beds are comfy and there are extra blankets, pillows etc. Washer dryer and dishwasher are convenient to have. Overall we love this place and we love Kiawah!

Great location, rented bikes for the week and enjoyed the easy ride down to the beach. The beach itself is really quiet where you access it from this house. The back of the house overlooks the Tee-box on one of the holes. The screens are in good shape, so the screened porch works well to keep the bugs out. Kitchen was also well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the property and its location. It's facing the golf course and is a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and has just about everything you can think of. Another bit we loved is that the island offers miles of bike trails - and if you so prefer you can have the bicycles delivered to your doorstep from one of island's (I wanna say) four rental companies. The only bit that requires a quick explicit heads up is that the washer is a bit moody, and often requires multiple restarts due to laundry balancing issues presumably to avoid heavier towels being stuck on one side of the drum and tipping the whole thing over - so you can easily spend 30 minutes trying to figure this out - but other than this the trip was absolutely fabulous and my family loved every bit of it. Thank you guys so much, we'll certainly be back at some point!

My wife and I had such a wonderful time at this cottage, we have stayed at 1205 in the past, but the new renovations were just as the pictures showed. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed for cooking and entertaining. Sweetgrass was great to work with.

The cottage was all we had dreamed of and so much more! It was fully furnished and exceptionally clean! Location was beautiful and only a short and visually stunning walk to the beach. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen space was amazing. Screened in porch made for amazing meals. Loved every moment of our stay!

Will keep review specific to Sweetgrass and 1205 Greenslake. Sweetgrass was very easy to work with and was accommodating to reservation revisions. Good communication and proactively provided relevant and helpful information. Would not hesitate to work with them again. 1205 Greenslake is a beautiful condo. Great location in West Beach. About a 10 min walk to the beach and 5 to the pool. We rented bikes so a very quick ride to both. Unit was very clean with many recent updates. Everything worked well and pretty much everything you need is there. Nice TV and good WiFi. Nice kitchen, dining area and living area. Big comfy couches for relaxing at the end of the day. Nice screened porch for morning coffee. Only cons (minor). Unless you have small children it is really good for 4 people. It would be too small for more. Also it on the golf course. This was a positive except for a few mornings at 6am when the grounds people started mowing/blowing the fairway outside our room. Another minor thing is that there were way too many Knick-knacks/decorations. They were everywhere and were in the way. We ended up putting them all in a corner and putting back before we left. We really enjoyed our stay and would return if we come back to Kiawah

Staying at 1205 Flying Squirrel Court was a new experience for us after our 10 years on the island. With only 3 of us traveling this year, the Greenslake Cottage was perfect! Everything was clean, perfectly staged for our arrival, and wonderfully comfortable! We did run out of gas for the grill the final night...ugh! Recommendation is that owners continue with stocking their kitchen with better utensils, cutting boards, etc. (as we do a lot of cooking). A little annoying to find some of the dresser drawers and closets stuffed with extra things (knick knacks, pictures, etc.) better put away in storage or in owner's closet. Overall, really nice place to stay if there aren't many vacationing and you want some privacy!

What a charming cottage for our beach vacation at Kiawah! Located within walking distance to Cougar Point Golf Club and a short bike ride to the beach, we very much enjoyed staying here. The furnishings were nice, the unit was clean and up to date and the kitchen was well equipped. The skylight over the breakfast nook/table was lovely and the screened in porch was especially nice for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Sweetgrass provided excellent customer service and greatly facilitated our stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I spent a week at 1205. We had stayed at this cottage in the past but was so delighted by the renovation/remodel. The decor was tasteful and homey. Kitchen was well stocked including an air fryer. The entire cottage was spotless! Our favorite area was the screened in porch, so fun to watch wildlife and golfers. Convenient to the Cougar Point Clubhouse, beach and Freshfields shopping area. Property management was delightful! We will definitely rent this cottage again.

We stayed for a week at this cottage and we were very pleased with it. It has recently been remodeled and was very clean, well stocked and had a great screened in porch overlooking a beautiful golf course (Cougar Point). Management company was easy to work with and check in was organized. Would definitely rent this cottage again!

We have stayed at this cottage in the past and enjoyed it but the new renovation and decor is so comfortable! Kitchen is fully stocked and queen sofa bed was great for the children. We will definitely book again.

Our family loved this property, especially the location! Our favorite was sitting out on the back screened in porch that overlooked the golf course!
