Description

Your luxury vacation awaits at this remarkable Isle of Palms beach estate. Composed of seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, endless outdoor space, and a stunning backyard oasis with pool. With elegantly-designed interiors and unending amenities, this sort of extravagance is a rarity here on the island so close to the sea - just three homes back from the beach access. 

Starting on the lowest of two floors, let's explore the first four bedrooms. Beginning to the hallway on the left of the front door, the first room includes two queen beds and en-suite with double vanity. Next to that is the expansive king master suite, complete with a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in closet. The third bedroom houses two twin beds and en-suite bath, and the fourth room includes another king suite with en-suite bathroom, soaking tub, and desk space for those of the group who may need to get a little work done in between beach sessions. The first floor also features a media room with sectional couch and 65-inch TV, with a wet bar as well. This space leads out to the first floor patio and the backyard area (and the pool, of course!). 

The sprawling living and kitchen area can be found on the second level. The ten-foot sectional couch leaves ample room for spending time together admiring the flood of natural light, beautiful view of the backyard sanctuary, and fine finishes and custom touches that make the space really something extraordinary. Beautiful custom built-in cabinetry and a 70-inch TV adorn the walls. In the kitchen you'll find commercial grade appliances, such as a Wolf gas stove and Sub Zero oversized refrigerator. The additional beverage refrigerator and ice maker offer even more convenience for the entire group. A large dining table is located in between the kitchen and great room for those wonderful family-style dinners. The large glass doors lead out onto the second-floor balcony with even more seating to enjoy the surroundings. This level offers three additional bedrooms, one with a twin-over-full bunk bed with easy access to the hall bathroom, and the last two are king suites with en-suite bathrooms. 

Now onto the headline feature of this beautiful estate, the sprawling backyard oasis. With lush, tropical landscaping surrounding the space you'll find that it is exceedingly private. The massive in-ground pool area includes the pool itself, two tanning ledges, a spa, plenty of lounge seating, and the stunning cabana. The cabana houses a large outdoor dining table, ping pong table, 55-inch mounted TV, and includes Bluetooth capabilities!

You'll truly feel as if you're staying at your own private resort estate here on the beautiful Isle of Palms. Craving even more adventure and opulence, but with a bit of history too? Historic Downtown Charleston is a short 25 minute drive away. Here you can experience award-winning restaurants, nationally renowned history and landmarks, as well as some of the south's best art and shopping.

Our stay was wonderful ,everyone loved the house. The pool was the star of the show. Relaxing with the family, swimming all day was fantastic. The property met all of our expectations. We loved it!

The house is very large, accommodating a large crowd. But the kitchen was undersized for the house I thought. Bed comfort was just average. Having no beach towels and only two dish towels was a minus. One set of french doors leading off the main room would not lock, or if locked you could still push it open. Two sets of washers/dryers was nice! The downstairs fridge was nice. The outside area was really great! Location to beach was nice!

Wonderful family vacation with 12 of us ages 11-75. Spacious home and every bit as lovely as the pictures. Can’t say enough about the Sweetgrass Property management. Always cheery staff, responsive with our questions and genuinely helpful. You made our first experience at Sweetgrass Property and Isle of Palms a memorable and fun experience. House was beautiful, roomy, and well organized. Lots of space for our family of 12. Pool area was perfect for lots of family fun. Kitchen was well stocked except for a few items. Really do need a colander and a beverage pitcher. Media room was loved by the young folks. Golf cart made getting around the town and beach much easier. Great stay, we love the Isle of Palm and we will hopefully be back!

3 families with 5 kids 8 thru 15. Plenty of space to spread out. Great outdoor spaces. Kids become fish in the pool. Hard to get them out. Very private back yard in pool area. Easy walk to the beach. Bedrooms with private bathrooms. Wonderful areas to relax and enjoy the warm evenings.

Our group enjoyed our stay at Sweetgrass. The backyard is a great place for fun and games with friends and family - ping pong, hot tub, pool, kan jam, and cornhole… we took advantage of pretty much all of that except there was a cold snap that made it difficult for us to us the pool despite paying extra to heat it. We did get half of our money back for that, but I do feel like we still used the hot tub mainly. In any case, I love that this place was clean and there were so many rooms that had king beds for couples. You don’t find places with this many king beds very often. Downtown Charleston isn’t very far - about a 20-30 minute drive - and the beach is only steps away. The property management is very responsive, we reached out once or twice with questions and heard back same day.

This house is beautiful! We had 13 family members (all adults) together for the weekend for a wedding. This house was perfect on space, # of bathrooms, and the decor is top notch. The kitchen is spacious and very open to the eating area and main living room. Loved the 2nd living space below with the added bonus of an arcade machine. The spiral stairs to the top perch was a great place to see the ocean. So many games and activities. Also just a short walk to the beach with lots of shells. The beach is very walkable. The added beach chairs and toys were a bonus. The pool/jacuzzi area is wonderful with a ping pong table and tv. We would definitely come back to this place again!
